To which I answer: are you sure that you killed a dragon? Because if Daenerys still has her, then you probably haven't.
The issue is that it says my (Rob Stark's) dragon (I had no dragon) was killed by Rob Stark (me), followed by a drop in morale and decimation of my army.
Yes Daenerys still has the dragon rider trait but I assumed that's because she's supposed to have three dragons (the most I've managed to slay was two in a row before the glitch triggered).

I don't think possession of three dragons is possible. I think Daenerys have only one - would need someone more knowledgeable to make sure, though.

As I wrote before: I already had situation like yours. Pop-ups saying someone descended on the dragons - and asking me to either run or stand & fight. Sometimes, they even didn't concern the real dragon riders - as you see in screenshot in post I linked to, there is even Orys Baraethon (who never had any dragon) descending on the dragon. Those I somehow always win. Sometimes, it's someone like Aegon the Conqueror, who had (one) dragon, and descends on the field. I still get pop-up about the dragon fight, but afterwards it informs me I killed my dragon - while his dragon is still very much alive.

Moreover, I also played Aegon the Conqueror and kept close tabs on my dragons - but that still didn't prevent this pesky rebellious lord of Rollingford to become acknowledged dragon-slayer, even though I couldn't identify just which dragon he killed, as all dragons that ever existed in game frame were alive.

To sum it up - I believe the current system for dragon fights is bugged as hell. It not only sometimes attributes dragons to people who were never dragon riders, but also don't kills dragons that you allegedly killed. And also informs you of killing your own dragons.

And, as far as I gather, script sometimes gets hazy as to who fights whose dragons. I assume it also determines the event resulting after checking if alleged dragon rider still has 'Dragon Rider' trait. If it made mistake as to 'who' is dragon-rider (in your case: like it was Robb), you are automatically 'victorious' (because you couldn't possibly be dragon-rider) - and quite often are informed you killed your own dragon. Well, that at least is assumption I made after I observed that probability of 'winning' against dragon skyrocketed since this event is bugged. So: you're right, you shouldn't have consequences like you killed your own dragon. On the other hand, I think that bug is even bigger: that dragon-slaying events are entirely bugged, not just final pop-up.

And it is kinda anticlimatic that my Princess of Dorne in 8000 start date killed circa 5 dragons, but not even one of Targaeryen dragons' was slain 8)

I....I killed...the best knight in Westeros. He killed two of my other Kingsguard members and I, being the poor fighter I am somehow killed him. Or maybe it was the dragon. The dragon isn't even grown yet, though.

The funny thing is, right before he did this he trained me to be a poor fighter. I guess I learned all his secret fighting tricks that way.

can only targs be high valyrian?

i tried creating new character and changing culture to a non-targ and they all revert back to west valyrian

is it suppose to be this way for a reason or can i change this?

I think it has to do with combat traits (trained warrior etc)
I mean, does the frequency of duels have to do wit the rank (lord, high lord, lord paramount) of your character? I've gone many decades and wars without a duel, and I'm not sure why. I've been tweaking the event but with no luck.

Playing as Aegon VI, married Daenerys (I have given Meereen to Hizdahr zo Loraq) and was able to have 2 children. Even if the changelog says that she's infertile, some events gave her fertility.

Well, I present you Daeron Targaryen (will be crowned as Daeron III) and his sister-wife Rhaella Targaryen. The Targaryen coin flip is an amazing event, especially when you have 2 times genius.

Wow, want to see their kids...

Yep in the normal game it's true, but since they disabled the " demand religious conversion " button, I wonder if they didn't simply delete the possibility of converting. I tried it with 2 or 3 children educated by zealous people, it never worked :/

Religious conversion works. I've had Targs convert to Fot7, originally Valyrian.

So Aegon wasn't so lucky in my play-through, started in 8000, he was killed in battle in April of 8000 by Lord Triston Darklyn I of Duskendale. His heir, King Aenys Targaryen I died comatose in bed at age six, Aenys' brother, King Maegor Targaryen I "The Black Dragon" currently rules and his heir is Prince Aegon Targaryen. They currently only hold a small portion of land from the Iron Isles, and a few provinces from The Rock and The Stormlands.

I am of house Tyrell, and my leige inherited The Rock, so I'm alone on an island in the middle of The Reach yet I am of The Rock.

I have two questions.

First, does the Crown Laws actually affect my realm? I've already raised it to Medium a few generations back, but there are still wars peppered across the land. Heck, the Reach and the Stormlands are constantly at each other's throats. I can't tell you how many times I told them cut it out and keep things status quo. It's a tad annoying, to say the least.

I'm really tempted to raise Crown Laws to high, but I don't think I can take such a large malus and not trigger an "end of a dynasty" civil war. The Targaryens have no less than four dragons and they're RIGHT next to KL.

Second, I'm interested in the Vanilla Mechanics. How does it play?

So, I love how you guys have implemented Old Gods mechanics for Ironborn, but I think it's just a little bit OP. Once the Iron Isles gain independence, they can pretty much keep it forever since the AI Iron Throne only ships over 10k troops at a time, making it very easy to win defensive wars.

As for raiding, I was able to acquire 3000 gold in a very short time period from looting all across Westeros (I even stole Celtigar's Valyrian axe while raiding!), and looting posed no danger to my land or my army since I can flee to my ships as soon as they raise and organize a big army to drive me off. I just think it could use some balance, is all. The flavor is wonderful.

I seem to have had this issue as well. I switched to Medium authority as the Iron Isles and my vassals still waged the occasional war.

Crown authority in the mod only effect the max levy AFAIK.
