Is there a way to change the childhood education event so that the lord of whatever court that child is in chooses the education?

Nothing pisses me off more than my son choosing a useless skill for a kid. This is one of the only places in the game where I continually save-scum until they pick the one I want.

NO. Just NO. I don't want to be excluded from deciding my landed son education just because regent is appearantly more important than me.

Could we perhaps implement some rule for this thread where people are required to use spoiler tags when discussing things that occur after the current events of the TV series? Some of us are in the process of reading the books still and enjoy this mod just as much as you even though we haven't read all of the books, and some people will never read the books but enjoy this mod just as much because they're fans of the TV series. It sucks that I can't check this thread because of the persistent spoiler screenshots and discussions taking place.

I've already seen several spoilers in this thread that will considerably lessen my enjoyment of reading the books. Please be more considerate, people.

Studies have actually shown that spoilers increase your enjoyment of fiction, probably since you get all the foreshadowing instead of forgetting it. That aside, I agree with you, people should really be more considerate. And read the books, but that's beside the point.

How soon is too soon?
The latest book was published two years ago :p
Although it would certainly be much more considerate if people were to use spoiler tags.
