I see screenshots of Essoss, is there a Essos beta version to download?
Probably not for you.

I think something weird is up with the mod in its latest update, whenever anyone of Valyrian culture is in my court they immediately die of "natural causes" a few days later, no matter how old they are.
Will there ever be a Wildlings invasion event? Last time I tried playing them, they weren't even allowed to raid the North, cause both followed the Old Gods.
So, uh, I've been playing as a high lord in the Kingdom of the North and have slowly been plotting to get my family on the Iron Throne. The time drew near and I was slowly picking off each member of the royal family but for the last female, with whom I was betrothed to be wed, which would cause our children to bear my name... I sent a Faceless Man to deal with the last male in the family and, uh, when that happened... the whole kingdom of the Iron Throne became ruins. All but the Reach and the North who were independent kingdoms, everything became an uncontrolled ruin.
Wut.

The Iron Throne starts as Agnatic inheritance. That female should be incapable of inheriting. Not sure how the ruin mechanic works exactly, but that might be the cause.
So.
In my most recent playthrough as The Iron Isles in ACOK, I eventually became King Theon of The Iron Throne after turning Queen Myrcella into my Saltwife.
This was after taking Cersei, Margaery, Sansa, and two others as Saltwives.
Life is good.
Edit: Almost forgot to mention his brood of children, both legitimate and illegitimate.
Heh, I love salt wives! Though my King Theon had a couple who were geniuses and his brood started to reach Genghis Khan levels in the quest for genius kids. Then my heir had to be a traitorous little douche and convert to the Seven when I wasn't looking. Damn heathen!
IMHO they shouldn't be reduced.Second the comment by ByzantineCeaser. Tywin and Cersei dead in the first year, 3 of my 6 Counselors (House Grafton) dead in the 2nd year, Jon Arryn dead...bloody flux.
Need to severely reduce plagues.Shireen Baratheon is the only significant character in Westeros with a notable disease, and Connington may or may not bring the catastrophic plague back with him.
Reporting a bug:
In a feast for crows scenario the laws of the Iron Island is Agnatic Primogenetive, when then should be elective.
They are elective in ACoK - which makes sense. But they revert back to their normal succession after first Kingsmoot IIRC. Which also makes sense, as Kingsmoot isn't your everyday's happening - and Seastone Chair is mostly inherited by primogeniture / 'open' (arabic) succession. Not really a bug. They aren't elective in any scenario. Which makes me wish, playing as Vickon Greyjoy in the first two, you could found a faction for elective. But you can't and i'm not sure why.
