nah we decided to add a race of naked people called Titans who are going around eating people
and there is a rare breed of humans that can turn into naked titans

since the introduction of the new diseases, the game has become really unbearable at times. i dont think ive had a disease-free decade, it is more like great plague followed by bloody flux topped with grey plague, in loop. in fact, none of my characters in a recent game have died of anything other than diseases (except for on lucky man that died of stress).

yeah diseases are op now, I have regencies all the time despite marrying my sons as soon as they turn 14

I understand that medieval times had their plagues and that these tended to kill noble and commoner alike, but I highly doubt it was deadly plague after deadly plague after deadly plague

I get the same problems with plagues in the Winter King. It's difficult to balance their spread and deadliness.

The problem is not how quick they spread or how deadly they are, but the frequency in which they occur. Its simply strange to have one disease after another hit within 20 years. Within the lifetime of a single character i have seen the dreaded plague, bloody flux, pale mare and others several times each.

So what needs to be reduced is either their frequency so they are more rare, or lower the deadliness so they dont kill everyone each time another one hits.

well, i checked out the outbreak chances, and they are not really that bad. i guess they could be cut in half, but for example the Great Plague is already at a 0.005 chance... it also seems, that the higher tier you are the lesser there are outbreaks. also it helps if you hand out counties to your family when you have the possibility - no point in having all eggs in one basket.

I've only just now noticed that there is a Bittersteel family during the Blackfyre Rebellion. As such, I've been having fun with Aegor's family being the current rulers of the Iron Throne after massacring the Targaryens and Blackfyres.

I've been away from the forum for a while now, the last time I was here there was talk of this mod being current but having some serious gribbles.

Is this outdated information?

Are the dreaded gribbles gone?

Because I'd really like to re-download this.

The good thing about community mods is that, if they have problems, you can report them to other members of the forum community and they have a tendency to get fixed.

noob question but in the traits ive seen this priest = yes does this mean whoever has this trait must be a priest or does it mean that if you get this trait you will become a priest ?

I haven't noticed anything particularly serious myself - seems a lot better than half a year ago, say.

So i've been playing as Robb Stark. I got married to Dany, and she just gave me a dragon which doesn't seem to like me very much. Do I even have a realistic of taming this thing? :(
There are certain provinces that you can go to to raise your knowledge on dragons and what-not, but I don't know the specific ones other than Harrenhall, so yeah.
Basically, if you're not a Targ, taming dragons or hatching dragon eggs is infinitely harder.

Taming? Yes. You just have to make a detour at the Citadel to actually stand a chance. Stopping by Harrenhal and King's Landing will also help, as well as building a dragon pit. Beyond that, not much you can do besides going R'hollor.

Build the dragon pit! It is the only way in my opinion. Tried 10 times at least without it with no results... Then constructed the dragon pit (your city might be severely damaged by the time its constructed, but it will recover). Then I tamed it from 1st attempt with the pit.

A few questions:
1.How does tyranny work? Does it transfer from king to heir? No matter what I do, the heir have tyrrany, and they did not have it before the tyrant king died...
2.Why does sacrificing people to the drowned god increase tyranny? The blot did not...
3.What is a good Demesne for Harren? I got riverrun and a few others, but found revolts on Iron islands to be really difficult to manage without a sufficient number of ships... So gave riverrun away, and focused on Iron Islands now (while heeping Harrenhal as the only continental holding)
4.Conversion - both cultural and religious, does it actually work? I don't think I saw percentage when I send the priest to spread the faith at Harrenhall
5.Can you reform a religion? Harren needs only Storms end to control all 5 religious sites.

1. Yes tyranny does transfer to your heir.
2. Sacrificing people to the drowned god is basically just a special form of execution, and will only give you tyranny if executing the person normally would. Or at least I assume that's how it works, because i know for a fact that it doesn't always give you tyranny.

Don't know about the other questions.

4. Conversion does work
5. I don't think you can reform it, you can check in the religions tab (the reform button)
