Of course not. Go to google, type in "Citadel CK2" and check the AGOT forum. The devs are very much alive and seem to be well at work.
I hope I'm allowed to ask this, but is there a good reason we don't have a direct link to the citadel forum on the front page like other paradox mods have with theirs ?
Apparantly any kind of foreign linking is probihited -> We can't directly link to that citadel forum and we can't link to Elder Kings' Knuddelwuddel forum. Those are the rules.
That's weird, I'm almost sure half the mods in the DH forum have outside links to their personal forums but whatever as long as this mod remains I'm fine with it.
As Jon said, it's forbidden in the rules. None of the high profile modifications in this subforum have external forum links; a couple have Wiki links which I am under the impression are allowed based on prior links and such with no moderator action (although I'll confirm that now). If you'd like to backup your statement by forwarding the modifications that are posting links to external forums then I'll be happy to take care of it if it's within this subforum, or pass it on to the respective moderators if not

No, the rule is no external links. It's a blanket rule and these forums operate under a "Whitelist"; that means any links you want to post you really should vet through a Moderator first, although there exists a very short "allowed" list which includes direct links to youtube videos & links to wikis so long as they don't breach the other content rules.
Thank you for the clarification. I've often wondered whether I can link to Wikis and videos, and people have told me that the rule only prevents links to forums. Are there any other types of links (besides external forums) that are not accepted that are frequently posted?
Not sure if any of the devs even check this anymore... But Multiplayer is essentially broken for the mod.
There's ALOT of out of synching.. even when you do get it to work there's a constant "This Person is lagging, game paused"
My friend and I noticed this happens anytime either one of us is looking through character pages. We both have powerful computers and are playing Lan so it's something in the mod slowing the game down itself.

I'm not sure they check too often in the posts here, but you'll probably have more luck on their forum. They tend to take note more of stuff like that over there.
IIRC, we're also allowed to link to relevant resources right? like for example, if we're discussing something pertinent to the CK2 era, then linking something like an essay and/or discussion or what not hosted in a blog or other information site, or linking another place full of pictures for example when talking about period clothing, was permissible right? or are those, strictly speaking, in a definition limbo, and are considered "probably valid" until a moderator brings the link down? @_@
(though if I'm not mistaken, it's an unspoken rule that linking outside to pictures of cats is forever okay, right? I mean, the internet was made for the sake of the kitties, right? purright? :3)
they are of course far more likely to not and look at posts that occur in their own forum than stuff that occurs here, since they also tend to be responsible for maintaining said forums and thus will have more attention on it

This is really OT, should've taken it to private messages but I'll respond one last time; Any links you're not sure about, you should check with a member of the forum staff before posting.
The rule is pretty simple enough I think; Wikis aren't covered in it, it's true, but they've been allowed when used in context from what I've seen prior to my time as a DM. The link you posted I wouldn't say is allowed; it's both OT and contains user interactive elements.
As said I said previously it's something of a white list; if in doubt ask one of us via PM. I'm also going to ask that if anyone wishes to respond to this discussion they do so via PM now, lets let this thread get back to it's topic
When will the megawars be fixed? Im so sick of being attacked by the iron throne and having like 3-4 50k stacks attacking me when only the vale joins their side. Cant something be done about this like no troops allowed to be raised before the megawar decision or like levies of people not in war get disbanded? One of the armies even had Tyrion leading it even though the westerlands werent even in the war.

Is there any way to extract the graphical tweaks from this mod for base CKII? I really enjoy playing this, but every time I do I see the changes made to the character info window (dynasty/holding string locations, CoA placement etc) and wish that I could have them in vanilla CKII. Whoever was in charge of this UI change did an excellent job?
