After a few hours of play I can confirm that the AI is looking a lot more lively than it was - it's giving me a run for my money now. Free migration is causing a lot of problems for me as the federation with migrating pops having the xenophobe trait. Is this WAD? Seems a bit odd that xenophobes would deliberately move to a planet full of humans!

Thanks for pointing this out we will take a close look. With which races do you have a migration treaty atm?

its to fast...
i played 30 yeahrs and be normal level agressive...for me hehe
but i annexed orion and gorn and vasallized tholian andorian vulcan and bolian...
5 years later that pic flaxian and romulan too...

the vasallizing is so evel and i feel it as a gamebreaker.
in 20 more years is in alpha beta nothing more thats not my vasall.
and...its wayne wich empire i play. its ever the same strategie.

so what do u all think?
i think we need to disable vasallize or need to limitade the numbers of able vaszalles...

check that...

greetings

I formed the Federation as Vulcan but the Romulans conquered the Klingons then vassalised me.

Help.

@Grinsel - try playing as one of the harder races. The Andorians are probably the hardest alpha quadrant race or the Flaxians. The Klingons start off with extra planets so it's a cake walk to conquer the races which only start with one planet and steamroll the galaxy. This is deliberately an unbalanced start due to the map and nature of the inhabitants being predefined.

If you start with only one planet it's a race to see if you can become strong enough, quickly enough to deal with the Romulans, Klingons and Cardassians by the time they get to you.

Reactions:
(very) minor bug with mod not showing number of ships in enemy stack. 2> Xigar near the Andorians is showing ghost writing of previous planet. 3> bug: AS hu-mans mod only counting small ships in fleet, not including cruisers in count...
