Question. How do I get my third agent for Germany? I have 5 upgrades which gave my second agent. Then I became a spy master but no third agent showed up? Is there another requirement to get a third agent?

Either you get the adviser for the third spy or you need at least one non-subject faction member.

What am I supposed to do in China in 1939 when I start as Japan? The game starts you with all these garrisons on the coast. And the Chinese surround them with a huge number of Divisions and attack. They're getting wiped out. I've sent reinforcements from all over the Empire but it's not enough. Just doesn't seem fair or historically accurate to me.

Two questions.

Is it possible to prepare a collaboration government twice in the same country for more collaboration?

Do Armor and Cavalry leaders gain experience towards panzer and cavalry traits when defending with appropriate units or do they have to be attacking?

From my earlier patch experiences, they get traits in any combat that they are the combat leader with the appropriate units in battle and not necessary under their command. And this count if the divisions in combat queue (reserved) too. Cavalry division (and MOT?) get both bonus from cavalry traits AND infantry general traits/Advisor

Under the new French focus tree, after reviving the national bloc, the focus Laissez-faire says "Our economy will become more efficient after a period of about 2 years".... I took this focus and couldn't find any difference three years later when looking to see what benefit it gave.... What exactly is the "economy will become more efficient" bonus referring to? Is this bugged or did I just not see what bonus it gave?

Can someone remind me how to change the 'control point' of an offensive order? And how to string offensive orders together? I wish there were buttons for these two actions because I always forget how to do it.

Why is the game telling me that I don't have a land route in China when I try to move my Japanese Divisions around? Makes no sense. Must be a new bug.

I have an Infantry Division in the province to the left of Portugese Macau. They are cut off. A few thousand men. Is there any way to save them? Seems like I should be able to rescue a few thousand men if I want to. Not a port province.

Is there an official Discord where players can chat with the Devs once in a while?

I'm conflicted about changing my Trade Law to Closed Economy. Playing Japan. It seems that if I do that then my friends and allies won't have any access to the resources I secure in my conquests like all that Pacific oil. So it seems like this might actually hurt my faction in the end. Should I stick to Limited Exports?

Shouldn't you be able to have a closed economy but also allow your allies access to your resources if you want? Seems logical to me.

It's a Spanish Civil War modifier, to simulate how that war bogged down. Click on a state and see the symbol. You can clear it state by state with a repeatable decision- with its cool down.

I don't understand how the Japan-Soviet border conflict works or what the purpose of it is. Can someone explain?
You can get army xp and a 1x 100% research bonus for doctrine.
You put 6 Divisions at the Lorean/soviet Border (does not work with puppets' borders), Pick your best, keep bad divisions out of the state.
When you start the conflict, a random General gets picked as Commander of the border war. Now, your 6 units duke it out with up to 6 soviet units, with almost no combat modificators applying. You can lose (gain few XP), win (gain more plus Research bonus) or, If the conflict is undecided and you have enough political Power, Escalate to full war vs soviets.

So it only happens on the Korea/Soviet border? It doesn't happen in Mongolia like the famous Battles of Khalkhin Gol?

How many provinces in a State do you need to capture to control the State's factories and resources? The game doesn't explain this anywhere.

No, khalkin gol is not in, because border wars so not work with puppets.

And I don't know about the other question.

How do I transport troops overseas? I don't see a way to make transports like the previous games.

There are two ways AFAIK: one is to give them a battleplan in the other place and they will usually move there automatically. Other way is to put your troops in one port and, once they're there, right click on a port where you want them. I don't remember if this can happen also from different starting ports, I can test that

During the Spanish civil war preparations, is the AI supposed to challenge you garrisons in more than one place at the same time? Or is it a bug?
