Yes, up to 90% IIRC. Gets more expensive each time, tho.
up to 100, and it's uncommon to get 30 compliance three times in a row, usually you get to 100 on the third collab.

P(exactly 90 compliance after three collab missions) = P(not getting 45 compliance in any one of three collab missions) = (P(not getting 45 compliance in a collab mission))^3 = 0.67^3 = 30.8%

Would you not have to add the probability of getting two 45 compliance in the first two missions? Using your numbers that would be 0.33^2 = 10.9%, for a total of 41.7%.

Edit: It would only take two missions, but would still give the end result of having 90 compliance.

How you handlel with compliance? As Germany I have trouble even with Bohemia'. Simply putting divisions won't work?

i was calculating the probability of not having 100 compliance after three missions. not the probability of getting exactly 90 after any number of missions.

Hi Quick question here, does river or railway has a higher transport capacity? Is it necessary to build a railway line if I already have river for transportation? Thx!

River is equal to level 1 rail.

Does a level four railway next to your capital provide level four rail supply to all other level four rails it can trace to? In other words, when a level four railway splits into several other level four rails does the supply levels start to dwindle down/divide due to splitting?

Thanks in advance for any answer.

Same as hubs along the railway not draining up supplies, you can supply unlimited amount of such splits.

Righy now I cannot send an attache to Japan. With >20 opinion is not that they don't want it: the button is just greyed out. Is it because I already have an attache in the SCW? In that case, that's new. New patch?

Does anyone know when would Germany's guarantee to Vicky France expire?

It will stay. I mean - maybe it expires, when Vichy France joins to war, but then they are become part of the Axis.
If You need Vichy France for Your own, but You don't want go to war with Germany, You can do it as fascist nation:
1.join Axis
2.refuse calling the war vs Allies.
3. After falling France, declare on Vichy, but don't call rest of the Axis

If Mobile Warfare Doctrine - left branch is more Mobile Infantry and right branch is Armor focused...

In an aggressive offensive campaign, which branch will favor Templates filled with Infantry Battalions?

Should I be looking towards Superior Firepower instead? Which branches?

Thank you.

Is there anyway to mute HoI4 when it's been tabbed out of?

I feel like I'm going blind that I can't find the audio option for this.

There isn't any audio option to do that (sadly) that I know of. When I want to leave HoI4 opened while I do something else and not hear HoI4, I lower the master volume in the audio options to the lowest level before switching, and I leave the Options window opened on the audio tab. So when I go back to the game, it's already opened and ready to be set back to the level I want.

Assume one side owns both Gibraltar and Suez and all ports along Mediterranean Sea. Does that mean that an enemy fleet trapped inside is unable to operate and slowly die out of supply or do I need to actively hunt it down?
