As Italy, what happen if I DoW on Vichy France (guaranteed by Germany) while I have non-aggression pack with Germany? Would Germany DOW on me? Thank you!

No-aggression pact only applies to Germany not declaring war directly; they can still accept a call to arms.As Italy, what happen if I DoW on Vichy France (guaranteed by Germany) while I have non-aggression pack with Germany? Would Germany DOW on me? Thank you!
That's the reason air controllers tend to take it in MP. Naval Targeting is a universal stat, unlike "agility from carriers" or something.Do the bonuses to Naval targeting from Base Strike doctrine apply to all naval bombers? Even those based on land and not carriers?

I think the "Accomplished Heritage" Army Spirit is a new one with By Blood Alone.
The first perk reduces the cost of medals by 50%, which will be useful late game when you have lots of medal eligible officers, and loads of PP to spend on those medals. But I have no idea what the "Field Officer Division Penalty:- 100%" actually does.
Any ideas?

Promoting a divisional commander reduces the field experience of that division by 25% (veterancy). This spirit removes that penalty.
Did you have BBA enabled when doing this? The light aircraft designer trait affects any plane using the small airframes, and the non-BBA jet fighters and rocket interceptors use that airframe type. Could be a bug where duplicate archetypes aren't receiving designer bonuses. For quite some time (since NSB IIRC) in the HoI 4 wiki it is stated that the light aircraft designer of GER (Messerschmidt) would grant bonuses to jet fighters. I just tested (via console cheat) it and found out that neither jet fighters nor rocket interceptors do actually profit from the designer at all. The designer's logo usually appears with the respective planes / variants. Not so in this case.
Does it not work as intended or is the wiki wrong about the description?

no.Really stupid question, but does ''air defence'' modules (self sealing fuel tanks, armour plates) make the aircraft more survivable against ground fire ? Is there any module that make a strike craft more rugged ?
Two reasons come to mind:If so, why allow more than one?
Both are valid, but if the army won't actually control and use the guns, what good does it do to assign them to it? Every time I assign a second gun to an army it just sits in my capitol, even though the army has orders and is in actual combat at the time. Two reasons come to mind:
- The army can be spread farther than a single gun's range will cover.
- Guns can be damaged, destroyed, or captured.
yes.Panzer expert vs combined arms expert: does the defence boost also boost breakthrough, or just defence?
div composition does matter.(And by how much in practice? Does division composition (design) affect the nominal boost?)
in a 67% tank, 33% mech division, pz expert gives 6.7% def/brk, whereas combined arms gives 5%.If it gives breakthrough, panzer expert could be useful, but if it doesn't, then the trait seems kind of worthless, doesn't it?
even if you had, that doesn't mean much, as the answer to the second question has changed. prior to nsb, things were different....I think I've asked questions in this vein before. Clear as mud.
Not the old (pre-BBA) Rocket Fighters/Jet Aircraft. Now that they are not considered a separate airframe, but instead just an engine option, all designers will apply to any aircraft designed with Rocket or Jet Engines. For quite some time (since NSB IIRC) in the HoI 4 wiki it is stated that the light aircraft designer of GER (Messerschmidt) would grant bonuses to jet fighters.
