You can check your current stock of supplies in logistics tab. Just upgrade in your own tempo - they are still using older equipment. you can check individual provinces or check template to make sure they use all kinds of equipment.

Once I win a war and annex countries I am not seeing any resistance to my rule. Is this WAD?
I understand that for the most part the average citizen will just go with the flow and keep his head down but I find it hard to believe that I can simply annex all of France and the UK without so much as a peep from the citizenry.

The mechanic is a bit strange, but it seems to be intended. When the faction is out of the war, everyone just kinda gives up...

When you get a state in a peace conference there is no resistance. It makes sense and was historical for both Germany and Japan. Keep in mind you just fought them to "persumably" their last man, and they were utterly beaten.

Also, does anyone know if there is a way to do some kind of air recon mission in order to get an idea of enemy movement? I can easily get air superiority over a region but wasn't sure if a type of plane can be set to "reconnaissance" or something.

I am having a blonde moment, how do I assign aircraft to carriers? it is saying I don't have any to assign but I have plenty of each. Or have I missed a tech or something?
Aircraft wings should be assigned when the carrier is deployed, but if you need to fiddle with the wings yourself you can either press L to pull up your air force list (you'll see your carriers on that list, they're clickable) or you can just click on the little plane icon that shows up next to your fleet icon when it's not on a mission.

Hmm... is it possible you're confusing regular planes with the ones that can be used by carriers? That's a separate research option (little icon in the upper right corner of each plane variant in the research tree). Because that would be my only other explanation -- you gots plenty of planes, just not the right kind

Can you guys explain to me - How do I unassign divisions from army order without detaching them from army.
1. Ally doesnt allow you to use it.
2. AFAIK less reliability, but there is a modifier ingame neglecting minor overloads of aircrafts on carrier.
- How is production efficiency?
- You got centralized industry?
- It actually doesnt matter to upgrade troops at once since you still got the old ones. Upgrading is over time.
Really depends on country and your management of occupied territories. Once you see whole England, France, Poland and Russia blinking red, you will learn to phear the resistance
Two options:
1. during production the aircraft symbol
2. Carrier is a "normal" base. Just fly your planes there.

If an area is a "wasteland" is there any way you can build factories in such provinces?? I've researched all the industry focus and I am improving the infrastructure too......or are such area's just dead provinces that you simply cannot build any factories/naval yards in??
I have a question, which I think is a stupid question - how I do escort bombers? The wiki talks about escorting, but not how to do it? I can't see a mission for it ...
using air supperiority automaticly escorts your bombers afaik - doctrines increase the efficency of that escort.
