Same exact page as the encounter with the goons. Since these are precursors and apart from running away nothing much happens it's not really all that exciting as a threadmark.
On the other hand, this is the kind of post we spend searching for later when we returned to the system to clean it out. We may have cleaned it out already though -- In fact, I think we did.
Pretty durr that's.the.tadiany.
But I doubt that's not already the case.
He could have been Mordon assigned.

Our new SRAM missiles with a strength-16 warhead are now under construction, as are the ship-decoy rounds to fill the size-5 decoy dispensers.

Our 830 ordnance factories manufacture roughly 7-to-8 SRAMs and 3-to-4 Decoy Rounds in every five-day construction cycle.

We have another 170 ordnance factories in the construction queue (to bring the total up to 1,000). Further expansion is also on the cards.

Our 300 Fighter factories are also scheduled for expansion... first to 500, and then (after we build some more Ground Forces Training Centers for troops) even further.

They currently build about eight Fighters (actually jump-capable launch platforms) each month.

All four of our top Diplomatic officers are already assigned to Diplo tasks, either as commanding officer of a ship that carries a Diplo module, or in an administrative role as the star system Governor of a border star system such as Ze Nootral Zoon-a or AX Microscopii.

This shows how far apart the Modrons and the Bork are:

We have explored 66 out of the 750 stars - about 1/12th of the sector.

What are the red-black flags?

Prix. Precursors.

Sez here that the Prix have a presence in The Radiant star system... but that must refer to the Ancient Construct that we captured there.

Nice, that another military modron ship under repairs. A Lot-et-Garonne is a nice haul.

How many are still coming in?

Two Vosges and a Marengo, plus lots of Creuses.

December 27th, 2030.

We have (again) searched all the comets in the Neutral Zone and found no sign of enemy presence.

We brought in a second pair of Intel ships, to watch the other jump point - the one leading to Phi Arietis.

We'll send one of the NPC Redshirts through to see of the Modrons have blockaded the far side of the jump.

Commander Sum Dum Gai's heroic sacrifice has told us that the Phi Arietis => Neutral Zone jump point is indeed blockaded on the Phi Arietis side, but only by three ships; only one of which is known to carry an armament. The Vosges is a Light Laser PD vessel, but the other two are thought to be scouts or AWACS.

Why do we need high level diploma governors in Bork nz and in AZ Microscopii?
They help relations with Bork?

Governors modify any random rolls made within their authority, if they have a matching skill.

Planetary Governors only do so for the body they govern. Naval Admin governors do it for any ships assigned to their authority.

Diplo ships, for example. If the governor or administrator has the matching skill.

Is it possible one of them is a gate builder? Or are they too small for that?

Noticed three more immobilized Creuse Freighters that had been overlooked because they were outside both active and passive sensor range until a ship happened to cross that particular volume of space.

The Dyle looks like a Gate Builder.

All three of the immobilized Creuse class Freighters were captured by boarding, without the loss of any Marines.

We are recovering the boarding parties now.

We are now the owners of 25 Creuse class Freighters, nearly all of them immobilized.

Another polite suggestion from the Bork.

Our first Partystarter is ready!

If my attention wasn't already completely occupied by the war, I would be finding a new spot for those Engineer teams.

That means there's no more to learn from them, right?

Should we bust the new blockade with the Emotions?

Could there be more missed Freighters? Do we want to run awacs back and forth looking for them?

Right. And no more installationms to recover from the ruins.

Should we bust the new blockade with the Emotions?

What if the enemy Red 10 fleet sorties just as the Emotions get involved in Phi Aretis?

Could there be more missed Freighters? Do we want to run awacs back and forth looking for them?

We'll find them with the Salvagers anyway, when we search out the wrecks.

All of the Creuses were in groups, not running around individually.

Any immobilized Creuses will be stuck quite close to some wrecked ones.
