Hi first of all thanks for your great work.

I noticed the following bug.

- I get the "Xenos disenfrancisement" penalty playing as Romulans from the "Primacy Bloc" Faction even though no Xenos have full citizenship. The only Xenos in my empire, Remans, have Residency.

I'll admit that my German is a little rusty, but from what I understand, you want to know why you can't select the three ascension perks in the tradition screen right?

The mod is completely Star-Trek based, and in Star Trek lore there is not really anything like the stellaris ascensions. Turning your civilization into cyborgs/robots is seen as evil (Borg), Telepathy is rare in most species and only a few species are full telepaths. Genetic engineering is frowned upon by most races (besides the Suliban and Dominion. Both of these can do it almost from the start of the game).

So I think they removed the ascension perks in order to make it more lore-friendly. I wouldn't be surprised to see them return in a future version of the mod in a more compatible fashion.

If your question is about why some traditions can't be selected; it's because they are all linked to your civilization ethics. So pacifists can't relect domination or supremacy.

ok but the ai has it and i played the first time as a romulan and could choose them too. and my friend has these traits with each race he plays so i think that there is something wrong with my game.

i mean the 2 traits you can select for each tradition you get to 5

You seem to missing something there.... Are you using any other mod(s)? I found that new horizons does not work well with other mods running alongside it. Otherwise it might help to reinstall the mod.

no other mods i reinstalled the mod 2 times allready i knew i had the missing part the first time i played it but now i never have it and i dont know why that is

Do you have Utopia activated under DLCs? If not, the perks are missing. Traditions feature is free for everyone, but the perks need an active Utopia DLC, even for the mod.

Got a texture bug with the Tholian Patrol Frigate/Heavy Escort model:

Not sure if this is just me as I've never seen anyone else mention it, but i did a clean install of Stellaris and it still happens. Also tried tweaking graphical settings with no effect so I can't see what would cause this issue if it is just me.

Hi,

Stellaris 1.61 and latest Modversion 0.9.4.1a
1. No race picture for the Rakhari Third Imperium / Rakhari Free States
2. Played as Federation and had in the Sol System one planet with 1 Mineral and 1 Dilithium - I was not able to built a mining station around that to harvest the ressources

Hi there,

did anything change with planet captial buildings in the latest version (should be 0.9.5a)? I can't upgrade any of my capitals beyond Planetary Administration, although I have researched the higher versions and already have several of them in my empire. However, I can't upgrade the missing Planetary Administrations to Planetary Capitals or the Planetary Capital on my homeworld to Empire Capital. Destroying and rebuilding didn't work either.

PS: This is obviously not a new savegame, could it be an incompatibility issue?

PPS: Issue is gone for Planetary Administration to Planetary Capital after the latest small update. Thanks so far.
Unfortunately the upgrade for Planetary Capital to Empire Capital now shows the requirement of an Empire Capital to be built.
