Far as I could tell from what Henrik was saying during the Livestream, it sounds like CK2+EU4+POPs from Vicky 2. Pretty damn epic if you ask me.
I know for sure I heard Henrik utter the word "population" and that if you choose robotic workers he was suggesting they might rise up against you. The other thing I know I heard was that exploration was supposed to be a big deal and then Henrik said something about loot being like cards in card game or something.
