The "you decided to move your pasture" events are still plopping up.. Is there possibly an incompatiblity with some other sub-mod?

Uhh... Depends on what submod you are using, Congential Overhaul is atleast one that does not work.

The same as literally every mod, you put them in your mod folder then select them in the launcher
