Kinslayer and Suspicous were changed to Reckless and Indulgent. Not sure about stat changes though, if there were any. But now you should manage to get around.

What a match, penalty shoot-out is always a thriller. But because of that I now have just five hours to sleep, better put the alarm-clock on :eek:o

I did make stat changes... :( Martial to 11, diplomacy down to 5, stewardship to 10, intrigue stayed at 3. Hopefully the changes were made, if not, they can't be made before the game, right?

Damn it!!!! :( :(

I just arrived at home now... I was in a party and completely forgot about the game. Actually I thought that as the game will be in sunday I dont have any game today.. how stupid am I?

I mean guys I really sry, sterk and byak who know me know that I always honour my pledges and during Medieval Europe I didnt get late once. It was my faults, my damn head.

Ok, a bit short session with the problems at start and with Lincoln having to leave.

Next Sunday I am still on my way home from the Paradox happening in Sweden, so I'll miss the session then.

The save file can be downloaded here:

Whatever needed to be modded was modded. Do with it what you will. I'm off to bed.

Next week- same time, same place (except for Jarkko, who will be somewhere else. Out of curiosity's sake, what is this thing you're going to, anyways.)

How many hours of session?
About 3 hours of effective playing, we went to year 1080. There was initially serious lag (six players and none of us have (AFAIK) have state of the art computers), so we went on Very Slow and Slow. Deus Vult began early, and all of the sudden there were lots of wars going on which caused lag for some, so we went down to Below Normal speed.

First we waited for all players to show up, and after waiting for half an hour we started anyway. Then one player had not loaded the scenario, so we had to restart, it caused some hassle as all didn't realize what was happening (ie the game stays connecting for ever if one of the players don't have the correct files; the only way to get out from that is to alt-tab and kill the process). There was one rehost when Sterk's ISP all of the sudden changed his IP (it has happened before, weird that) and he couldn't see us others (we could see him). Then there was a ctd and Lincoln had to go soon anyway, so we called it for the day.

England allied the Gaels. The Gael AI did ok, altough it went totally mad with declarations of war against the Iberian moslems. Luckily England and the Gaels where able to together suppress the moslems. So nothing bad happened to Gaels, altough not much on the positive side either.

Is england tooooo strong now?
Lol, England is the poorest of the player-powers, despite the fact that I took maximum scutage all the time... Even the napoletanian hill-billies have a better income...

One thing I would like to bring up is the matter of crusading. some of the players expressed an opinion that we were spending too much time crusading and not enough time interacting with each other. Therefore, I would like to ask for your general opinion: should we impose harsher restrictions on crusading from here on?

No, I just think people need to co-crusade more. Perhaps we could try a massive, 6-nation crusade against the Fatimids. Besides, that will soon have to be the next crusading target, as, after the current wars are finished, only 4 moslem-held provinces will be left in Iberia (Granada, two provs south of Granada, and Plasencia). There may be one or two more, but it is still very few. Because of this, we will run out of places to crusade, and will either fight each other for land, or crusade cooperatively, hopefully having to fight like hell for Jerusalem.

I'm not mkaing a judgement one way or another yet, but the impression I get is that the people who think there is too much crusading want us to fight each other for land in Europe

Well, perhaps we should implement restrictions, as long as they don't limit provinces, because I think perhaps we should add years to the limit, possibly make it 10? But we should start as though we all ended a crusade in 1080, if we do make changes.
