I call this Muscovy "Hello from the other side" by Adele, a good song.

This is what happens when the turks ally Karaman and don't apply raison d'etat to this relationship. This is around 1610s or so. Even with their ideas and habit of picking offensive and quality, they have like 150 regiments, the poor little thing.

I'll tell you what's stranger: Milan.

You're obviously Sardinia-Piedmont, so why haven't they lost even a single province? Or are they your vassal/march?

Ally. I was focused more on France and England, since everything else in Italy was either mine or of my allies (Milan and Pope), as Venice was hemmed in and ready to be eaten at will. And since they had the same dynasty as me, I was counting on a future PU - which I got like 20 years later, so my plan worked out fine. Still not decided if I intend to flip to French to form France or stay Pied to form Italy.

Just imported my Poland game from CK2 into EU4.
Sandwiched between HRE and Byzantine Empire.
