Not sure if this counts as "strange", but Baldarak and New Baldarak share a solar system in my current game.

Heh, I had that happen to me too... in Alpha Centauri, no less.

My Fellow Exterminators are, for reasons that I don't think any organic mind could ever explain, uncomfortable with the fact that I am currently exterminating a bunch of organics.

Ah! So that's it. Too bad, but chemical processing is the way to go. All that free energy. Still, it is very strange, considering it is a valid option for all DEs and it is even the default option.

I always laugh when I get that one on my synthetic leaders. Imbibe all the drugs ya want, mate; in the future, no one can die that way. :D

First time my capitol system has ever been so populated. What was will be, what will be was...

In the 2,651 hours I've played Stellaris, I have never seen this happen. I didn't even know this was possible. The xenophile FE got subjugated by the spiritualist AE. It even changed their personality!

Edit: It also changed their Hedonists into Acolytes of the Workshop.

So I see your latest tall run is going swimmingly?

Yes, I've never had a game go this well. It's not even fair at this point. I've just passed 3m fleet strength (thanks debugtooltip), and I'm experiencing runaway snowballing in everything. Even my bastions have passed 200k strength. I'm in the level 30s in repeatables and they are only taking 7 months to research. I'm working on my 5th ringworld and my core territory is almost maxed out on habitats (I now understand the value of Voidborne). I've made what little energy/mineral habitats that I can, but I've started to have to grab resource rich systems to keep growing my habitat economy. I can research techs so fast that admin cap is no longer a factor for consideration. If I need more cap, I'll just tech up to +150 more cap in about 6 years. My pop growth is so immense now (due to all the habitats) that I can no longer build ringworlds/habitats fast enough to keep up with the growth rate.

Not even the Awakened Empire posses a threat to me, although they decided to go to war with one of my protectorates, and by extension me, for some reason. The war has been laughably one-sided. At this point, I'm waiting for the x5 crisis to emerge and give me a real fight. I assume 3m fleet strength is not going to be sufficient, so I'm trying to build more fleets while still building ringworlds. There just aren't enough alloys in the galaxy.

Aww...It seems that ACOT spoiled me with its buffed crisis fleets. Maybe I'll sit back and watch the galaxy burn. It should help with performance.

Let me put it this way.

On 5x strength, the Contingency can be beaten by less than half a million power if sufficiently counter-designed.

This isn't regular genocidal hatred.

This is... advanced genocidal hatred!
