Apparently, the Lithoid room background overrides the typical Fallen Empire background.
It also seems that sometimes the "Devouring Swarm" civic gets incorrectly overwritten by the Terravore variant.
What a mess.
Would it truly have been so difficult for Paradox to separate Swarm and Terravore into two civics, and then give Terravore their own AI personality?

Let me guess: You have Leviathans turned off? If I recall, the Gecko portrait comes with Leviathans.
It's like the Tiyanki Hunter Admiral being a Cat, instead of an Orc, if you don't have Humanoids.
