I found the following in 00_defines.txt:
If set to yes it makes the empire creation menu ignore all errors, creating potentially whacky empires.
I was expecting the game to crash at galaxy generation but surprisingly it didn't. Although it did come with some expected issues.

Was that abandoned Ecumenopolis the Rubricator world or another one?
Both, Rubricator as a 16 size relic world and the "Abandoned Ecumenopolis" site with a 30 slots relic world.
Yes, this one is pretty good as well at early game.
Putting on my Star Wars fan hat... clearly this indicates that tree sap on this planet is predominately pink, such that amber is pink in color.
