That did it! Thank youTech!
At the bottom of the config.properties the history/tech generation process is defined. Try to replace 1200 with 768 in history/tech/e_italy and look it it loads up that way.

Hm.. Can you define holy sites group wide or only for specific religions? If not, that'd be great functionality. I've got a Holy site that is for almost a dozen religions.
So I can set specific religions, but I'll have to go to the province history itself to definite it for a religion group? Fair enough.You could do it in a separate file:
b_xyz = {
...
}
b_xyz = {
...
}
...
(disregarding counties, duchies, kingdoms, ...)
Thank you for the tutorial. I have been having trouble getting this tool to run. I have followed the directions and have the latest version of Java but regardless upon executing I am given this error: java -Xmx256m -jar CK2Tools.jar 'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. I am sure it is something rather simple I may have overlooked and will feel like a rightful fool once corrected but any help would be appreciated.
Check your configuration file. I know that it's an option a the bottom that you can turn off and on. Maybe he set it to "off" for the latest version.I cannot understand why the tool doesn't create history/titles anymore. Any idea?
Thank you. I figured it was something rather simple I had overlooked. However, now I have a new problem:
![]()
I could swear that I have followed the tutorial correctly (as well as your mod creation one). I wonder if I am missing yet another simple step somewhere.
After downloading tool I getting empty .rar file. It's everything as planned or not?![]()
From what I'm seeing on Google, looks like WinRAR doesn't support the compression 7zip is using. Best to install the 7zip unzipper.Hey sorry to be a pain, but when i extract the tool i get a WinRAR: Diagnostic Messages, pop-up. I've never seen this before!
Anyways, it extracts the files, but config file for instance is empty. What gives?
The pop up contains around 8 messages:

I'm assuming this isnt supposed to happen?
