yes, I too am rather anxious. So far you have done excellent work Hive, you can count me as another fan of your mod :) .

peace,

p.s. I have had a problem in one of my games: as France I played from the age of liberalism, but in the year 1817 (I believe) the game always crashes, perhaps the result of some conflicting event-choices I have made, but if not, perhaps you could look into it :)

Hive I've noticed something, whenever I enter a royal marrage with someone, and then click on the diplomatic screen and 'view alliances' I know that you changed the color to a lighter green, but it causes the province names not to show up because the color is so light.. Just a thing I noticed, no biggie. :D

@Sveland88
I don't really know when the next release is ready, as I currently don't have too much time on my hands to work on it - due to RL and beta testing Victoria.

I need to sort out some ID conflicts, and are making a databse of all used ID's - which is boring and annoying to do... :D

It was also my plan to create and include a new scenario for my next release, but that may be postponed.

Thanks for letting me know about the color problem, I will look in to it (if I remember to:D).

@OrthServ86
I don't know what causes the problem you describe, but you can try to edit the savefile in order to check if it's an event problem. Make a backup of the save, then find and delete the part with event history.

Good work Hive! I'm impressed to see how your little mod has evolved. I started playing again and I have to say I truly enjoy it again. :)

That's great!:)

I knew you couldn't resist the urge in the long run, EU2 is just too damn seducing...:D

To Mr. Hive

Mr. Hive, I've was bored recently so I decided to look for bugs in your mod, Here they are:

-I've noticed the Napolean senario will not load
-Most senarios crash within 20 years of the game
-In the 1700 senario (cannot remember name) seems that one of the HRE countries troops are in poland. (just misplaced from my understanding)

I'll try to look for more, and I forgot what I was about to say....er i mean type :D

The bug with the Napoleon scenario has been fixed for the next release, and was caused because there was a bug in one of the 1.07 betas. If you scroll up the page a bit, you will notice that Toejam Football has already pointed this out. ;)

They crash within 20 years? This is new to me...
Can anyone confirm this? And what speed are you playing at? EU2 has a tendency to be prone to crashes at higher speeds.

I will look into the thing with the troops in Poland.

I play at "Above Normal" speed, or sometimes "Fast",

That might cause it then... it happens in ordinary EU2 as well from time to time at that speed. Especially if there are many nations existing or many events firing or many wars etc....

To Lord Hive :D :

I think you are right, because I was playing the senario that starts in 1816...pretty much the whole world is discovered, bunch of troops and blah blah blah... But on the other hand I have a very good computer:

Win xp pro
2.53Ghz Pentium 4
1024 mb. ram
128 Video memory (radeon 9700 pro all in wonder)

So are you still sure that is the reason, because my game never....ever crashed in EU2 unless it was an MP game.

I can't tell for sure, but I think it is a problem in EU2 - and it doesn't matter that your computer is an excellent monster (it really seems to be). EU2 moves in mysterious ways, what can I say...? :D

Try playing it on normal (if you have the patience) and see if it still happens.

btw Hive, is there anyway I can help you out?

You can help by reporting the bugs you find, and perhaps give me suggestions for alterations.:)

I haven't been able to find this problem... can you take a screenshot of it?

the napolean senario dont work at all.

I suggest you put a confederate senario

if you need help with any kind of event for any country (preferably europen) i would be glad to help

 (just wanted to try out these new icons )

When you say confederate scenario, I guess you mean an American Civil War scenario? Maybe I'll do that...

Anyway, you should PM an admin about your account/email problem.
