It's a bug, and I have reported it in the bug forum. It's not connected to my mod, it's a bug in EU2 itself.

About moddir, I found out that it's apparantly possible to run it by starting EU2.exe with the command 'aoi' - like this: Eu2.exe aoi

Damn the italian flag still dosnt show up in 1.08 :(

Oh well got the u tag fix good enough :D

Hive, other suggestions :):

-Paraguay does not exist in the map of EU2, the Neembucu province would have to be called Paraná (Argentina) (just where alive I :D) and not Asunción, since this one is 1000 km to the north.

-the Parana province would have to be called Colonia del Sacramento and belongs to Uruguay.

-and I add to a very important leader general Juan Lavalle.

historicalleader = {
id = { type = 6 id = 17092}
category = general
name = "Lavalle"
startdate = {
year = 1816
}
deathdate = {
year = 1844
}
rank = 1
movement = 4
fire = 4
shock = 4
siege = 0
}

Yeah I wish I could include Paraguay, but it's in PTI... and the Asuncion city Paradox made is, like you say, totally misplaced...

Who is that leader for btw? Argentina?

I will fix that flag bug for next release - which I wouldn't recommend holding your breath while waiting for, btw. Some major stuff needs to be done to use the new 1.08 tags, and I'm currently considering simply starting from scratch...

I haven't begun working on it yet, but I still plan to do it. :)

Hive, if you need any help consider me in...

i very much like to create some Tamerlane events. :)

I have actually heard from a few others lately who are interested in helping with aspects of my mod.... perhaps I should get a forum for it on another board? I'll do it if the interest is there... but if it's just me and a couple of others, I might as well stay here...

So, would you like me to help or not?

Sure. I'm currently sort of restarting my entire mod from scratch, to make best use of the 1.08 tags and such... and that's a pretty time consuming task, so I could use some help with the scenarios and new events.

What sort of things do you like me to do?

And what has changed (in big lines) in 1,08?

There's around 100 new tags in 1.08 - among them are many I have added by replacing existing tags. I see no need to eg. remove Dahomey for Mallorca since Mallorca is now a tag included - so I'll be re-organising all tags.

And since I'm doing that, I might as well re-organise leaders, monarchs and events as well.

What would I like you to do? Hmm... well that depends on what you would prefer to work on. I'm planning on several new scenarios: 1337, 1560 and 1881 (or something around this - will probably be this year because I then can use the Victoria scenario as map).

Setup/strength for the scenarios as well as events for the 1337-1419 period would be nice.

I could also use post-1820 events for some nations, most notably Spain.

Apart from that, I'd like to improve the 1617 scenario. It just ain't good enough as is imo.

Research would be nice too: background info and maps for 1337.

So pick something. ;)

I'am going to work on background for the 1337. That is maps and so on.
Next I think I can manage to write some Golden horde (1337-1400) and Tamerlane events (1400) and a lot of Mughal events (1500-1650).

Next I can create some Finish events as I am currently reading a book on Finnish history.

Where should I start..?

Hive you need to write a detailed text file Explaining how to make a AoI shortcut I think :D

first go to your EU2 shorcut right click go to properties and after the target line where it says something like this.. for me at least..

C:\EU2\EU2.exe

add AoI to the end of it so it looks like this

C:\EU2\EU2.exe AoI

hit apply and start it up :D

It is there in the readme.txt.
