I already fixed the Bayou issue for the next patch. Same for the manifest destiny event.

I'm considering the Texas immigration a bit. Also, the suggestion to give Texas iberian culture as well. I'd have to add that through event then.

Sam Houston already exist as a leader for Texas, but his timespan was very short (as he wasn't actually a military leader for very long historically). However, I have prolonged his timespan for the next patch. What if the war against Mexico had lasted eg. 10 more years, would he then not have been a military leader throughout that time? Possibly. So I have thus prolonged his timespan.

The 1337 works fine for me, so you probably just haven't installed the latest beta patch.

Wouldn't this also be true for quite an amount of other leaders who resigned after a war?

Yes... but since this is Texas' only leader, and since he were only there previously for 2 years or so - I have made an exception.

Hive what about making an 1808 scenario ? Would be cool with the new countries created by Napoleon......

In short: No.

A bit longer: No, because I don't want to add new tags for that, and I don't see it bringing more fun than the regular Nappy scenario. If anything, I'd rather spend time improving that one...

I’m using AOI 2.2 is there a newer patch than that? Also has anyone else had any problems with their saves being corrupted after a religious conversion? I played as Burgundy and converted to Reformed and in another game as Bohemia I converted to Protestant. In both games the conversions worked fine, but when I went back and tried to load my save files they all CTD. I had about five post-conversion saves for both games and all of them CTD. The pre-conversion saves work fine though. Any thoughts on what might cause this?

No, 2.2 is indeed the latest patch. What I mean is that I have fixed it for the *next* patch.

I never heard about such a bug before... is this with my mod only or with other mods/ordinary EUII as well?

Just with the AOI mod. EU2 vanilla loads just fine post-conversion. Outside of the EU Unlimited patch (required for your great mod) AOI is the only mod I have running. Perhaps I should try a different country, but I have tried two (Burgundy and Bohemia) and I have converted to different religions (Reformed and Protestant). Perhaps I should try Byzantium and see what happens after the Union of Churches event.

Hmm.... that is highly odd and disturbing...

If you try with Byzantium as well, please let me know the result.

to Hive!!

I don't know if anyone has just asked, but why are you using for all the scenarios modern flag as for Papal states (yellow and white instead of red with golden keys) and Austria (white and red stripes with oneheaded eagle instead of twoheaded eagle in yellow field)?
Have you thought about something like the egufism?

Because I couldn't find a source for the correct flag, sadly.

...and Austria (white and red stripes with oneheaded eagle instead of twoheaded eagle in yellow field)?

According to the sources I read, Austria used the red/white flag back then (though I later found out that the eagle on it may be a modern invention, so my flag might still be slightly ahistorical). The two-headed eagle on yellow background which you refer to is the CoA of the Habsburg family - but not the actual country Austria.

Have you thought about something like the egufism?

No, I'm quite happy with my current flag shapes. And even if I got bored of the current flags, I would still keep them simply due to the fact that it took me many hours to complete them. :p

Yes, it is, but apart from the one-or two-headed eagle, I thought that Austria had always a yellow and black twostriped flag as it was normally in '800 and like the flags that you use for austrian troops but not in the window when you choose the playing nation...

At any rate, I forgot to mention this last night:

Go into your savegame and find the section containing the info about Austria. Find the line tag = HAB and insert this line after it: flagname = "sburg"

If there is already one 'flagname' line, just replace it.

Now load your save and behold Austria's flag and shield... ;)

Hello, I have a question about England. When playing the 1795 scenario I cannot see their country flag (I haven´t played the other scenarios yet, so I can´t say if this problem occurs there aswell). Perhaps this issue has been brought up before, but to search through 33 pages is a daunting task. Would be grateful for an answer.

Yeah... it's a bug I forgot to include the fix for in the latest patch, but it will definately be fixed for the next patch - which I hope to release within a week.
