ok found the "attach files" button.
You've decided to combine an imperator conversion along with several huge game-overhaul mods that were never supposed to work together. I'm amazed CK3 didn't crash outright.

No, you won't be converting that save.

is compatible with CK3 After the End?
No. A sufficiently motivated person could make it so with a lot of work, not the least of which would be mapping After the End's counties to EU4 provinces.

how does one do that?

Also new Cultures, Religions, and government type would need to be accounted for in the configuration files.
Even then you might need code support for a couple things.

While it's a lot of work and I'm too busy building Vic3 to HoI4 to help, do know that you will make me very very happy if you undertake this and get it working.

There would have to be some kind of base mod for the old world too, plus any tweaks to the EU4 defines and such. You could probably get all that by resurrecting Long After the End.

I haven’t used the converter yet but can anyone tell me if you can start the game with everything set to the default vanilla EU4 map, cultures, ect. except for your realm? This thread is super long.

No, for that create a custom EU4 nation set appropriately.

Howdy, Ive been having an issue that my quick scan of the recent thread hasnt touched on directly, but a few of the mods im using were mentioned so it might be that., I tried changing some things and that didn't fix it, so the problem is the same between the two, that being the "[ERROR] Clay for [various titles] has no title definition! THIS IS BAD! Are you converting an old save against a new CK3 version?" It Seems that e_almohad for the converter doesn't reflect the in-game title which is e_almohads and d_szekesfehervar doesn't exist, so a clarification on what that means and how to fix it if its possible would be appreciated. thanks for the help!

Probably issue with all the invasion mods you're using and that the converter doesn't support. However it shouldn't crash like that. Upload your save and I'll take a look.

For anyone trying to run this converter with a mac, I used a program called Parallels which also installs windows 11. They offer a 14 day free trial. I had to install steam as well as both games on windows through the Parallels program for the converter to work properly but it worked like a charm. You’ll have to copy the mod files from the windows to your macOS when the conversion is complete.

How does the converter handle hybrid cultures (using the example where I, head of culture A, create a hybrid culture with culture B), from the perspective of a) EU4 culture groups, and b) V2 (HPM-fork) pan-national movements/core assignation? I couldn't see anything on the wiki.

Thanks!
