Er, I need the ck3 save you made the conversion from. In eu4 saves the damage is already done. There you go. From multiple points in the campaign just in case it helps.

This is the save i've converted from, i had sent it earlier on this thread. Here you go
Reformation is tied to reform desire, and its events, which are exclusively catholic. If you already reformed catholicism in ck3, why would we have another reformation?I'm curious, if Catholicism dies in my CK3 game, can the Protestant reformation still happen with, say, a custom religion. Also, I noticed some tenets give unique mechanics such as Piety or Fervor, but is there a tenet that enables the unique mechanic of the Holy See or the Protestantism mechanics? If there is not a tenet that enables these unique mechanics, is there an edit in the config files of the tenets that can make a tenet enable these mechanics?
Thank you for your save submission, I have identified the error and hopefully fixed it. Now monarch should imports fully, with their regnal numbers intact and the list of available names is much wider for titles that have some history in the save. This is the save i've converted from, i had sent it earlier on this thread.
Dude you're awesome. Absolutely mad speed in bug fixing. Thanks for your work in these converters, really makes the game a lot better.Thank you for your save submission, I have identified the error and hopefully fixed it. Probably nothing wrong with the converter. Trouble is there are many ck3 cultures that should map to many eu4 cultures and the only way we can force this is by doing area maps like so:Trying to convert a Sicily game ( with Sicilian rulers of course),but for some reason my main culture ends up being Italian, and half of Sicily actually becomes Italian and the other half stays Sicilian and not accepted
(Also probably a stupid question, but does an Eu4 save editor exist?I want to delete a lot of random opm and stuff but going by console is pretty slow)
Here, the pink one is SicilianProbably nothing wrong with the converter. Trouble is there are many ck3 cultures that should map to many eu4 cultures and the only way we can force this is by doing area maps like so:
link = { eu4 = sicilian ck3 = italian ck3 = cisalpine ck3 = sicilian tech = western gfx = westerngfx region = sicily_area }
This means sicilian culture should exist only in sicily_area, elsewhere it'll be mapped to generic italian (unless in italy where we know which culture should go). The half of sicily is probably not right, though. From the link above you can see those 3 cultures should all convert to sicilian, and unless eu4 added a second area to sicily provinces there should become sicilian. Show me some screenshots or upload a save.
Also, feel free to edit culture_map.txt in configurables folder and change stuff so it suits you.
Sooo, that's embarrasing, they did add another sicily area and I missed that. Please delete your converter, redownload it and try again. Here, the pink one is Sicilian
Going by regions,it seems it's actually divided in Western Sicily and Eastern Sicily, which fits with the culture divergence, idk if it's a new addition since it's been a long time since I played EU4
Sadly I don't really understand how to modify it otherwise I would've tried

That's ImptoCk3 issue, it has a bug that causes that. You can's convert to eu4 without half of africa.hi, I've had an issue where half the land in africa disappears part way through the game, thus making the converter fail
Look into configurables/dev_weights.txt and put more weight on dev if that suits your game better.Hi,
Not an issue, but more of a note. I had my province end on 98 development. it got translated to 16 total. while the ruined steppes had 7.
So appart from the development Im happy with how it turned out (Im converting in eu4 dev as we speak to check that out)
grts
EDIT: looked a bit better actually. only need to do some minor tweaks myself now

You might have junk in your eu4 folder. Best would be to uninstall eu4, delete the installation folder fully, and then reinstall it.I verified EU4 through steam but nothing changed
