You may also try running VC_redist.x64.exe in the main converter directory and running again.1. Make sure that your paths are correct
2. If you have this game through Xbox Gamepass, I unfortunately must inform you that it is impossible to convert it unless you send it to someone who has the game on steam.

Firstly, would you mind attaching your CK3 save file?Hello, sorry if this has already been answered, but do converted multiplayer games have horrible desync issues?
Hey, thanks for the response. I was wondering if that was the case; me and the same friend played a game converted from ck3 a couple months ago and it was super smooth. This CK3 game was converted from Imperator by the way. I've also heard that EU4 MP has been borked since the latest DLC, dunno if that's been fixed or not. Anyway, here's all the related files.Firstly, would you mind attaching your CK3 save file?
Secondly, converted MP games are no more stable or unstable than any other modded EU4 game. We do not (and I believe cannot) affect any of the netcode used for multiplayer.
Fair enough, I assumed it was only map-altering mods that would do that but I get that. You have a lot of mods installed and used for this CK3 save, those are likely messing with the conversion.
Yeah, nothing we do can in any way affect networking. 1.31.5 beta has fixed a ton of OOS MP errors, so you might wanna try that for a MP game. Might be more stable, might not, entirelly vanilla issue.Hey, thanks for the response. The issue here is that the frontend doesn't fire up the actual converter. Reasons vary, most likely antivirus blocks it or similar. Try whitelisting the whole thing or disabling AV.My paths are correct and i got this game on steam

The way shattering of HRE or other empires works is by literally deleting the titles above some level (so empire title, or all kingdoms under it). If you hold, say, 1 empire, 1 kingdom, 3 duchies and x counties, after you shatter down to duchies, you should still retain those 3 duchies, one of them your primary and other 2 either annexed or PU-ed depending on religion. We can't shatter selectively and across ranks.Fair enough, I assumed it was only map-altering mods that would do that but I get that.
On a different note, is there any way for me to custom break HRE? By which I mean I'm playing as a king, elected emperor, but would want to break the empire into the kingdoms that exist (Switzerland, Austria, and Fresia) and keep the rest of the dutchies/counties independent. Would keeping kingdoms do that or would it give my king all of the dutchies that aren't de jure as well?
I need to see the imp-to-ck3 mod. There's an issue with it where it exports broken cultures and I'd like to pinpoint it. Please zip that mod and upload it here, thank you.I try to convert my game which i converted from imperator but i keep getting this error: Character 452246 has culture 4294967295 which has no definition!
Fair. I had hoped that there was a way to user define it (so I gave the program the list, it went down the list (starting from lowest titles) and made everyone I defined independent within the HRE. Perhaps with some backup behavior for if a user messed up, but otherwise just telling them to be careful. I guess I'll just have to usurp the dukes before I transfer. The way shattering of HRE or other empires works is by literally deleting the titles above some level (so empire title, or all kingdoms under it). Sorry to bring this up again, I was just looking at your source code to see if I could mod it to work to let me do this, it might but I'm not sure (My plan is to initialise a list of dutchies that are preserved with kingdom shattering, but my experience with C++ is very limited, I code mostly in Java/MATLAB/Python). But I was just remembering that you can shatter kingdoms like empires. Would the code let me say assign a kingdom to someone within the HRE, shatter the HRE down to kingdoms, and then shatter that kingdom down to dutchies but keep those dutchies in the HRE? (Is that just something I would have to try to see if the multi-level shattering would work) Obviously, the shatter_empires.txt file says not to shatter the HRE but it doesn't say anything about its vassals...Fair.
