I got this error, and when I went to check the pathway through the converter the save file is blank.

However when i go to check the pathway through file explorer all my saves are right there:

That path should go to ck3 installation, not save games folder. In steamapps folder/library.View attachment 1268096

AFAIK if the HRE is not catholic, game starts in religious peace. Never bothered to test if I can change it, since you can HREify anything, anywhere, so religious league mechanics wouldn't make sense.Hello Zemurin, is it possible to have a non-Catholic HRE inherit the reformation mechanics or is that not possible due to game limitations (hence why it defaults to religious peace)? I've tried to mod the related files myself into the converted save, though with no changes to the religious peace at the 1444 default start date.
Guess I'll have to keep looking into the files then, thank you for your help regardless. Would you happen to know where the religious peace like this would take place in the files as a starter?AFAIK if the HRE is not catholic, game starts in religious peace. At this point, you're going to get better answers by asking in the EU4 modding forum, since you're really just creating a mod (based on the converter output).Guess I'll have to keep looking into the files then, thank you for your help regardless. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong here. I ran through the steps as ordered, plugged everything in, and ran the converter. It gets to about 30%, then it just stops. From what I found looking at the logs, there's a whole bunch of titles with no one owning them, there's some CoA flags that the converter doesn't like and the converter isn't happy with the sheer amount of houses/dynasties without definitions. The last issue, I have no idea how to even address.

See this line? It loads 0 dynasties. After it, it loads 0 everything. Half your save is missing, namely people, CoAs, cultures, religions and so on. Normally, should look like this afterwards:

You got a severe case of savegame corruption.
1. Don't hold multiple emperor titles. You'll break the converter if/when splitting, most likely. Well, maybe not, but it won't be good. This goes especially and triply so if one of those is HRE.I’d also like to ask another few small question
Regarding the HRE:
1. If choosing split up on Duchy level: does this also Apply to the Emperors titles? How are the various Vassals of the Kings handled?
2. My CK3 HRE far outstretches it’s De Jure Borders will these also get added to the HRE in EUIV, or will these Vassals become independent? Will Kingdom or Empire tier Titles directly owned by the Emperor outside the HRE be treated as parts of the HRE or not?
3. Is there any way to have Imperial Cities be created in EUIV of yes how does that work?
thanks for the Answer I am still in the playythrough and wanted to know how it will work out so i can Play accordingly1. Don't hold multiple emperor titles. Regularly king titles are deleted and kings are reduced to dukes of their primary duchy. Their vassals remain their vassals if possible/lower rank. If not, they become independent HRE nations.
2. Everyone in HRE remains in HRE. There just won't be any HRE permaclaims on stuff outside dejure land since you own it all already.
3. Free Cities are autogenerated from OPM repiblics and theocracies if any, if not small counties.
For all this and more, the best answer is "Try converting and see what happens".
Identical issue as here:Hey, this isn't my first time using this converter however this time I am doing so with the Raja's of Asia mod. I believe that has something to do with it. I can't seem to figure out what the issue is. I attached the Log.txt file if someone could help me.
Since you read the FAQ and the readme, then you know you need to upload log.txt from the coverter's folder before I can help you.um hi, im having a little trouble converting my ck3 game to eu4 game. the conversion worked. i found the mod location. i put the two files that came out of the converter into it. activated it on the playset and nothing seems to be recognized it just looks like the vanilla game without the countries I conquered being an option (other than if you free choose them.) I am prepared to go through this with you I read through the faq and read me. nothing seems to help in this situation
That log is incomplete. Either the converter crashed or somehow it never wrote down anything.found it ... please help and try to treat me like I don't know anything about converting cause I dont
