No real progress, but I have the first two pages with specs up on my website.

I'm also busy with creating a (dot net) class library to access all the EU2 files (events, tbl files, ...). I started with that because I got a bit fed up with looking for clues and not finding any.

I'll try to update the other info as soon as I find some time for it.

Nope, not available. And it's not THAT custom. I tried changing some stuff, but it didn't really work out as planned. But hey, it's a custom map.
