The mod output seems to be stuck at Initializing Game, unless it's supposed to take over 10 minutes, I'm not sure if I did anything wrong but I didn't notice anything.

Furthermore is there any way to add custom cultures to the output? Like say, I wanted all counties of [x] province under [y] tag to convert into a culture that isn't there by default?

Edit: Left it on for even longer, and it did start to work, don't know if it'll always be that way on initialization though. Bottom question still applies?

I fiddled with governor and title maps, you might find it useful, or nor.

Thanks for uploading your mappings, I integrated most of the changes into the converter!
also, FYI using the option to base de jure on I:R regions is broken, either disable or fix it, right now the results are... weird.
Thanks for noticing, removed in patch 4.0.1. It was a temporary solution which is obsolete now, because de jure is dynamically generated from Imperator regardless of the option.

Hello.

I have an issue where the ConverterFrontend.exe doesn't launch at all. I tried running it as administrator but nothing happens at all.
I have no idea what could possibly be going wrong cause there's literally nothing happening at all.

Try disabling your antivirus, it's probably the cause. Also, what converter version did you download?

Turning off the antivirus doesn't change a thing, I even went as far as giving it a specific exception for the app.
It's the most recent version of the mod, I downloaded it just today. I even ran the Updater.exe in the files (both that and ImperatorToCK3Convertor.exe run just fine)
My device is the most recent windows (10 Pro), in x64, just in case.

Is there a log.txt file in the same folder where ConverterFrontend is? If so, please upload it here.

Can you try running ConverterFrontend through CMD or Windows Terminal? Does it output anything to the console? What is the exit code?
Took me all of 30 seconds to learn, ignore the failed tests at the top, the line you're searching for is second to last.
Nothing happens at all :/

This is gonna be hard to debug then. Can you try moving the entire converter folder to somewhere else, for example the Downloads folder, and running it from there? The converter doesn't need to be in the game's mod folder.

Well, that worked, and I found out why it hadn't before.
I first accidentally extract the zip folder "here", and tried to salvage it by grabbing the stuff and putting it in a new folder, since everything looked like it was at the same place.
However, turns out there were a couple files that were significantly older than the others and that therefore I didn't grab up on the way. Thing didn't launch cause it was missing assets.
Everything works just fine now XD, Thanks.

hello, I have a little problem, after converting my game to CK3, each time I save and reload my game, certain title and dynasty images gradually disappear and cause a crash if I try to access the customization menu to "attempt" to fix the problem

1. Hi, the first picture you posted doesn't display:
1655753375874.png

2. You have to upload the save and converter's log.txt.
3. The conversion result looks heavily modified, did you alter it manually?
4. If you enabled other CK3 mods, try disabling them. They can be incompatible.

1) Don't pay attention to the first image "it's the same one that didn't want to load"

2) I don't know where the last log.txt went, I restarted the converter to get a new one but the result in game is the same (I checked)/The Save ? that of CK3 or Imperator?

3) Not apart from renaming some title, redistributing the lands of my vassals differently and having destroyed some titles in Germania I did nothing else(also the creation of hybrid culture and reformed religion)

4) No other mod (apart from one which is graphic but I tested with and without with a new part and it didn't change anything)
