Fixed in the just released patch, configurables should be there now. Thanks for reporting this! The current converter download doesn't seem to include the configurables folder but it worked when I took the one from data file, thanks.

When I try sudo it tells me the command isn't found.I think you do need sudo for it to work correctly. What's the problem?
If in the terminal you're inside the converter folder (the one that contains ConverterFrontend), you may need to prepend a dot and a slash:When I try sudo it tells me the command isn't found.
Forget that sudo then dragging the ConverterFrontend file into Terminal seems to have worked.
sudo ./ConverterFrontend
So I got it to work.If in the terminal you're inside the converter folder (the one that contains ConverterFrontend), you may need to prepend a dot and a slash:
Code:sudo ./ConverterFrontend
Please upload your save and either the converter's log.txt or at least a screenshot of the options tab. When I attempt to Convert my Invictus safe to TFE it gets stuck on "Setting De Jure" Kingdoms when I use Dynamic. It works when I choose static, but It sucks not seeing the various empires and kingdoms not come over as the De Jure ones. Anyone expereincing the same issue?View attachment 1074105
Thanks for report, I've found the issue! It was caused by a title being set its own liege in TFE title history. I've added a check for that in latest release, it should work for you now.Yes sir, I have attempted to provide the requested files, and screenshot, I'm sorry for the fumble. I'm hoping that the error isn't due to the age of the save (its from Invictus 1.6) since it was a LOOOOONG and hard game for me at least lol
Romano-Eranian struggle removal by the converter is planned, but I'll probably need to cooperate with TFE devs on this.I would suggest a modification in the converter. Anatolian struggle (TFE) is between Roman and Eranian cultures basically, but in my current game romans ceased to exist almost entirely, West-Anatolia is occupied by Eranian Scythians and East-Anatolia by Armenia. Currently Hellenic Scythians are not involved, only interloped as the capital is in Asia Minor. So now I am unable to end the struggle only if I move my capital outside of struggle zone, but I would rather not. Dynamic struggles would be a nice feature to include relevant participant party, culture and religion.thanks btw for all the work contributed, converter is still the best!
At the moment it does, but it may change in the future. I want to eventually make the breakup happen through CK3 divergence mechanic, or events in case of predefined cultures. You can edit ImperatorToCK3/configurables/culture_map.txt to suit your needs.Does this converter change roman cultures into regional varieties that speak vulgar latin and etc or do i need to do it manually?
I'll leave it for others to answer, don't know any I:R mods for reducing bordergore. Also what are some great tips on mods and setting as to how to convert properly to get a nice CK3 start without too much bordergore? I'm not too good at modding but i'm trying to give it a shot.
I'm not sure what you mean by fallen empires, please share a save and point a country. How are the fallen empires, those destroyed by 3rd century mod, handled during conversion? I think TFE Imperial mechanism should be disabled for a country not considered a Great Power in Imperator. Keeping up with economic competence is impossible for a fallen empire..
The new IRToCK3 version I've just released now prevents TFE struggles from starting at game start. Let me know if any struggle starts with future TFE versions, the converter will probably need updating.I would suggest a modification in the converter. There's no currently special handling based country rank, Empire and Imperial Cult governments are mapped to TFE imperial government. If an empire or imperial cult loses its Great Power status due to territorial collapse, even if it is considered a Minor Power in Imperator, the converted mod will treat it as an Empire with all the Imperial dynamics. This is because the government type cannot be reverted back to a kingdom in Imperator.
You likely exported the mod to wrong place, probably steam workshop folder instead of documents one. If not, upload log.txt.I converted saving I:R to CK3, but when starting the game, the mod (which I turned on in the launcher) does not start in the game itself. What could be the problem?
