Since the mod should run fine with all DLCs enabled I am sorry to ask here: Everytime I play trying to select the vassals tab will crash the game. I am not sure what to do against that. Any suggestions?

Why? Are you suggesting nothing else will be added (besides patch compatibility) until Essos is ready?

They're notorious for not releasing any patches to fix problems. As of right now many events aren't working correctly, multiplayer is bugged and goes out of sync etc.

Just how they work it seems and it never changes. There's never patches to fix problems, only content patches which fix the previous problems... then add a bunch more and we wait another 3 months till those get fixed.. Only for a never ending cycle.

Just very odd considering Korbah (Elder Scrolls Mod creator) has come into this thread numerous times and he himself has released fixes for serious problems that the GOT team just never does...?

(To be fair the last release was more of a patch than content atleast)

Downloaded last night, I love it, but have Several questions:
1. There seems to be one more counselor whose photo and commands almost overlaps the Chancellor (is this WAD?)
2. Started the scenario one year prior to Aegons conquest (20 years on, he just sits there with his dragons, doing nothing, and getting old... He has never conquered anything in the game WAD?)
3. I should inherit the Rock in the next generation, (I am King of the North), does that mean that I will get their fleets? It sucks that my troops have to travel that far, while enemies land on my shores behind enemy lines (and there was a king who had a massive fleet, which was later burned, but it is a what if game, so why am I not allowed to build one?
4. Can I form a republic, and will I get ships by doing that?
5. Why doesn't at least Manderley have ships? (he had over 21 warships and more being constructed, he seems like the one with the strongest fleet in Westeros at one point

The whole point of the Seven Kingdoms scenario is that Aegon doesn't invade.

This. The Seven Kingdoms scenario is intended for players who want to play in a Westeros divided among seven kingdoms. If you want to experience Aegon's war of conquest, play the War of Conquest scenario instead. They're fairly straightforward names.

Ok my bad, might as well start over during the conquest... I want to see the dragons in action... Might even bend the knee :p

1. Its an unfortunate limitation of the mod having additional counselors, you can just scroll and it sorts itself out
2. As people have mentioned the first scenario is designed as an alternative history, with Aegon not invading automatically. The second one is the scenario you are after if you want the historical Dragon Conquests.
3. The North has no ships purely because the AI controled North goes full retard if the North has ships, it sails its troops all over the place achieving nothing. Its annoying but not that immersion breaking tbh, all Northern armies march down the Neck to fight in all the wars mentioned in the books. As a player you can still hire the merc fleets if you need to get somewhere in a hurry. But yes if you inherit/vassalise any of the other Kingdoms then you will get their fleets (although they obviously still get raised in the other kingdom, not in the North). Due to the limited depth there is in naval warfare in CK2 they can't really model entire fleets being burned and the corresponding time it would take to rebuild ships.
4. You can form republic just fine in this mod, but there is no guarantee that they will work properly, in fact I'm pretty sure that they don't work very well at all with the latest patch. Remember that there is no technology in Westeros, which means you are stuck at Level 1 Tech for everything, which basically means no Trade posts. I guess they will get you some ships, but remember that troop numbers are massively buffed in this mod so you aren't going to get anywhere near the number of ships you need.

Ok, I'm King Beyond The Wall, how on earth do I defeat the Nights Watch, I'm so vastly outnumbered?
Get as strong as you can (i.e try and get to full levies, hard with Wildlings and the constant wars), and save up heaps of money to hire as many mercs as you can. Remember that with the bonuses you get for being a successful Wildling lord you get a big bonus to morale etc, so being outnumbered isn't the end of the world. Also you should hopefully win most duel events during the battle, which can swing things your way. Obviously try and wait until Westeros is at war (mostly the North needs to have its troops in the South) so the other Lords can't help out the Nights Watch.

I noticed that in the game bran and rickon are represented as dead but really are just presumed dead? Will this be update din the furute once their fate becomes certain?

Essentially it's an arms race between the wildlings and the Wall - unfortunately I think in the long term the Night's Watch has the advantage as their cavalry is quite decisive. So what you need to do is unify the Kingdom beyond the Wall early, then pray that the lords of the North are otherwise engaged, and attack. Your goal is to beat the Night's Watch before the Starks or any of their vassals turn up and kick your ass.

That said, I've never managed to quite succeed in this strategy. Best I got was 80% warscore before Lord Stark showed up and killed me in single combat...

Dragons... wow... And I wondered how a guy with 4k troops would conquer Westeros :D... Its like a stroll in the part for Aegon.
Started a new game after that as King in the north, managed to defeat Lannister armies and turn the tides, retreat to Winterfell and anihilate Ironborn armies. In the last battle of the war with the iron born (after which they surrender) Rob is slain in battle by Theon :(. Now I am Bran. No red wedding, no sacking of winterfell, but again one can not help feeling emptiness in Victory... Now to take care of the rest of Lannisters (while Iron throne is busy dealing with an invasion from Aegon II)... Great mod...

It's bug-related, with the North, if I recall correctly. Their army AI has them taking their troops to the beach throughout most wars rather than fighting, IIRC. Aside from that, the Iron Islanders have the strongest fleet, technically-- though certainly the one with the most political issues. That would likely be followed by the Redwynes of the Arbor, the Hightowers of Oldtown, and the Graftons of Gulltown as of ACOC/AFFC. King's Landing has a large number of ships too, of course, but I'm speaking of in canon after the Blackwater.

Also - Manderly's fleet is thing that came into being after ACoK. In ACoK, Manderly only petition for construction of the fleet - and in the same chapter, Martin mentioned that North didn't have any fleet for over 400 years, since the time of Brandon the Burner.
