How do you people manage to keep your knights in your court? Mine always wander away to their fathers/brothers/sisters/cousins court. I dont know if they wander away, or if they get invited, but they are "too far away to interact", so i dont know how would they get invited in the first place. They have not inherited land, its just that they leave. Even if i have 100 relations, and they are my lover, best friend, soulmate, they leave eventually. It is extremely frustrating, since i really love to train and keep good knights, and i cannot get them back because they are too far away to interact with.
The only way i have seen to keep them in my realm is to give them land. But i do not like to do it, since they usually get murdered pretty fast if they are not in my court, or get conquered by another vassal if they are counts, or overthrown by a vassal (if they are dukes/kings), and then they leave the court anyway.
Any ideas or suggestions?

I do this: I keep my realm at high authority for the no internal vassals war and inheritance block, I keep all the duchy capitals for myself so far as my domain limit permits, I never create duchies beyond the two first for prestige, I kidnap/seduce/summon/create my knights and give them one or two counties around my duchy capitals.

Does anyone know why the AI never upgrades their princedom building beyond lvl 1?

We don't know. We have very few possibilities about buildings modding (the AI never replace any building, even disabled ones, we can't destroy buildings etc) so our possibilities about this issue are severely limited.

When does the inquisition start? I feel like I fucked up by choosing the vampire bookmark as a vampire and not the age of Inqustion. Does the inquisition still spawn in the first book mark or is it only available in the 2nd one?

The Inquisition is only playable in the second bookmark.

Besides that, the endgame is the same for both bookmarks (1430 : Age of Inquisition 1450 : Anarch Revolt 1493 : Convention of Thorns)

Ah okay. So i didn't screw up i just havn't been ingame long enough its 1390 atm and I was getting worried that no inquisition would spawn.

How do I lose hunger as a revenant?

I have conquered high developed counties that had higher level princedom building. Maybe it is because of low development that they usually do not upgrade it?
I have seen Spoletto, right next to Rome, with 25 development and still only lvl 1. and it was not even because they could not afford to upgrade. The vampire holding it had at least 20 times the prestige needed to upgrade. I just don't get it.

I think some of them are there from the start.

That's because we put them there manually through history files. We want to do it for the whole map to have some difference in power between coming from ruling big cities at least at game start, but of course it's a small consolation for AI lacking the code to touch duchy buildings.

Is there any special requirement to have the "Giovanni mausoleum" as an active building? I conquered Veneto, control is at 100%, but the building is still inactive, and it only says "Building has been disabled because of all these:", but there is no explanation there. I hope it is not because i am not a member of the giovanni dinasty, i conquered Veneto just for the building ;). Thank you :D

Apologies for the followup question but best to be sure.

Are Caitiff Power of Blood characters included in the Sabbat and Camarilla Formation? Meaning if they have established their new bloodline by that point or indeed even if they haven't? I have not played one before.

Caitiff are only included in the Convention of Thorns event if they are relevant (meaning 75 provinces controlled). The other clans will only them invite them if they have no other choices basically

Vampires go into torpor from time to time, it depends on various factors (their piety, traits etc). It's a new mechanic and we are still tweaking it obviously.

For exiting torpor, the AI will check every 2 years, but needs positive prestige to awaken, which your vassal don't have in this screenshot. I will remove this requirement for our hotfix, it's obsolete with the new torpor system.

I have to say that all the team members in this mod are really nice and helpful. It is really cool to be able to ask questions, report possible bugs, and talk about tweaks and changes. Thank you for your work! :)

I have noticed that all the faiths in my game have lost their Vampire Tenets (Conviction/Conscience + Instinct/self control, and the all the other unique ones from this mod that take up one of the 3 spaces at the top, but not the special reward ones, or the doctrines like Three Pillars).
I have also noticed that the "00_POD_core_tenets" file is blank and I think that might be why.
I'm using the Steam version, but to make sure it wasn't just my version that was screwed up somehow I tried downloading a manual version from the Paradox Plaza to look at, but the "00_POD_core_tenets" was also blank there.

Does anyone else have this problem?
