Can someone tell me exactly how construction speed affects building construction? AFAIK each civilian factory produces 5 output per day, how does +/- construction speed affect output?

You need tungsten.

So does annexing a country completely makes any resistance disappear? I had resistance in a half occupied france. But as soon as I annexed the, it was all gone.

Is this WAD? Makes having the mechanic at all kind of pointless for 90% of the times.

Yes, this is WAD as far as I know.

Might have already been answered but how do you create your own faction? Saw unaligned Poland do it in my Finland campaign and somehow they got Lithuania and Estonia to join and all 3 of them ganged up on poor Latvia.

Seems pretty random, but I couldnt figure out how to do it.

I am running out of infantry weapons as Germany.
How can I start another productionline of infantryweapons ?

Click on the Inf button, far left, and choose the same item and that creates a second (or third) line.

What is the end date?

I don't think they stop you in 1948, from pre-release comments anyway.

How does one disband old planes/rockets/etc. that you don't want anymore? Can't figure it out and now I have a bunch of useless rockets just sitting in a stockpile.

I send them off on lend-lease. Not sure in rockets. All the more reason to fire at will!

If they are NOT in a faction, yes. I guess they decide that resistance is futile. If they were in a faction I thought it continued. Hard to see France not in a faction, though. Could be a bug?

I have noticed this issue. Not sure how the application is calculating used manpower, but I trained several more divisions and it finally worked.

Game goes by "Equipment in the field" number, which is different from what you see in the manpower tooltip. Open your Army info window (button is in upper right corner of the screen by the globe), then use "Equipment Details" button

I can not understand what the differences are between 3 release

Major ones I figured out so far:

Only one level of troops organization: Army (no Corps, Army Groups etc).
Air and Navy can't be attached to HQ and need to be on manual control at all times.
Military and Civil IC are now produced by different factory types.
More detailed supply-demand chain, i.e. to deploy infantry you need manpower + infantry equipment + support equipment
Exports are automatic
National Focus thing

How do I produce SPART/TDs? I can't find a tech for them and when I try to add them to the division template they aren't available.
On the armor tech tree, on the right side of every armor tech are three little icons. Those are what you use to research them.

How I can assign naval bombers/CAS to carrier? I have this one with capacity for 45 planes, but it still says, I cannot do it. I dont know why and I'm really pissed off... in HoI3 I need one click for sent it to carrier, idk why is not the same here...

The tech for self-propelled artillery and tank destroyers are found in the Tanks research page. There are 3 little icons on the right side of every tank that you can click on to research; one for SP-ART, one for TD, and one for AA.
