Will they be in the province view?
Wonders will at least be accessible in the province view and we have some plans on making them visible and using them as a bit of visual candy in the province view to make the provinces that have wonders feel more special. Plans are just plans until they make it in though!

I want to build a great palace.
I've united Arabia, Cumania and Persia, and have tens of thousands of gold.
And my seat of power is something called Keep VI.
How lame is that?
I want something beautiful and extraordinary.
Can I have it?
Palaces are likely going in, some of these we might need to cut but currently we plan on having them.

Pyramids? Kemet expansion confirmed?

Also, Egyptian pyramids were actually white (not brownish) when they were constructed, the white limestone crumbled slowly away and was used for other construction projects over time.

If we can build pyramids, they should at least look historically accurate.
We're keeping this in mind :)

I really much hope not all wonders give some modifier bonuses but adding different types of gameplay features as well.
E.G.
  • Increasing the max province prosperity level to 4.
  • Adding another reformation slot.
  • Creating a location to pilgrimage. etc..
I'll give you an example of one upgrade bonus:
Sacrificial Altar: Gives you an extra option when sacrificing characters.

Curious how that will work with Constantinople, though, since you have the Hagia Sophia... and there has been talk about having the Theodosian Walls as another 'wonder' as well.
We will set up the Hagia Sophia as a special case however don't think we will have an option for converting wonders dynamically.

A bishop, cardinal or other clergy could be the caretaker of cathedrals/religious buildings if you choose so... Essentially adding another layer of vassals, but not quite...

Maybe in form of a minor title? Same would go for fortresses... Head of the Guard or something like that. With little events and income/prestige associated with that particular character.
We've had some thoughts about how to use minor titles with this but unsure how to do it exactly.

How about a dynastic castle? The idea being that a dynasty with enough prestige can build a wonder that becomes the "headquarters" of their family. This could unlock new events for a dynasty member who controls the province as their capital.
Well we plan to have a palace. So if we manage to get that in then some dynastic upgrades/ flavour would be cool.

Could we have a log recording all of the people who contributed to building a wonder, its build dates, etc. somewhere on the province window?

And don't forget to put it into the dynastic chronicles as well.
This is something that we would like to do and hopefully it will get in in one form or another :)
