Just to clarify, can we actually create organizations when playing the game (aside from coalitions and defensive unions) or is this only a neat design tool for the dev team and modders to keep adding new organizations into the game later on?

In the map of Castile I can see "Crow...", is the Crown of Castile an IO? and does Aragón have "Crown" too in its name?

Are subject unions more free to do their own thing in this game? Can Bohemia under Luxembourg declare its own wars? And will it not automatically be called into an offensive war with its overlord?

Also will it be possible to move my court (change tag) to my pu subject? Sort of like Charles IV making Bohemia his primary title and not Luxembourg?

There is no subjects in a PU in Project Caesar.

All countries are equal in a union.

Does this mean that PC will use diplomatic relation slots akin to those in EU4? Is there no chance for a diplomatic capacity or a similar system?

If it costs 1 slot or 6.5 capacity doesn't matter in the end.. its a simple change, and we are not sure which one we want atm.

How easy or difficult will it be to destroy these organisations (such as the High Kingdom of Ireland if Ireland is conquered by england) and will certain organisations have unique criteria for destruction (such as the HRE, China)? Can these organisations be reformed if you meet certain conditions?

It depens on how they are setup.

Seeing as you mentioned PU, will they be more dynamic in claiming and fighting for them? Ruler's historical where often rather liberal when it came to the legitimacy of their claims, or would join up to support one person over another. Always been weird to me you can inherit multiple massive PUs when historical there were continent wide wars over such things

They are defensive alliances at BEST in Project Caesar.

You did not mention leagues like the Hansa I believe. Are those also organisations?

Additionally: Are some of these organisations directly playable?

Does this mean PC might be the first game in Paradox history to accurately represent Switzerland as a permanent military alliance of independent cities and cantons?

I didn't think such a thing would happen in my lifetime.

We have not done Switzerland flavor yet, but the Swizz Confederation is one of the reasons for us to make this system

I know graphics are WiP . But my feedback is I wish flags were not that wavy and shadowed , just plain flat rectangle .

but they looks so nice when they wave in the game
