How does this work with say the Kalmar Union, where the Swedes were constantly trying to break away and the Danes repeatedly invaded to keep them in the union? Not much of an equal partnership.

That was an occupation by a hostile conqueror! :p

I forget if this has been answered, will members of the HRE not have to worry as much about control if their lands are not connected?

Yeah, no need to worry...

What happens to e.g. the High Kingship of Ireland when the whole of Ireland is controlled by England/GB, will it be disbanded, held by the English monarch, become defunct?

International Organizations are not eternal and can disappear for a variety of reasons. Some will fail as soon as there is no valid leader country, whereas others are more aspirational or cultural in nature and don't necessarily need a leader to still exist in the minds of its members.

The High Kingship of Ireland falls under the latter; membership (and therefore leadership) is limited to specific kinds of country with a capital in Ireland and it will persist as long as it has members.

So England can theoretically become the High King if it manages to jump through hoops to become a valid member beforehand, but if it doesn't then the International Organization will simply fall out of existence once all its member countries become extinct.

That said its exact features are still in development so the rules are subject to change.

1. Is the number of electors secular and electors spiritual in the HRE fixed and are they tied to land?

I got the reply from my team now .

The number of both secular and ecclesiastical electors can be increased by approving further Imperial Laws. And they aren't fixed to land, which means that e.g. the Emperor might be able to replace the Electoral Palatinate of the Rhine with the Electorate of Bavaria by using Imperial Authority.

This word is referred to the European feudal vassals VERY specifically. For Chinese feudalism or something like that, please consider Zhū Hóu.

My CD Team has been doing some additional research for the Chinese subjects, and they think Zhū Hóu naming instead of Fēng Chén is a reasonable suggestion, so they're changing that today .

With how versatile international organisation are

Why not make it a broader Diplomatic Treaty, that would include Alliance,Garantee, Subjects for example as well with the IO mechanic? (Performace and ai?)

From my point of view, it's unclear why some relations would be IO or subjects.

What are the differences?

IO = multiple countries.
Tready = bilateral only.

And yes, our treaties are entirely new and unique as well..

I've been thinking, with the fact that PU's will work with the IO system, does that mean that we can recreate the irl thingy where brandenburg a subject of the emperor and an elector was "in pu" with prussia, a polish subject?

yes

What determines whether or not a country gets a dynamic name? Like Bohemia isn’t called the kingdom of Bohemia yet the nearby Hungary is called fully the kingdom of Hungary. Is this just a matter of WIP or are there specific requirements for a country to have a title? (I would personally like all countries to have their full title, although I understand this may be annoying when you have smaller states).

For the map, its almost always the "size on the map"

does this include price ranges? in victoria 3 they cant go above 90%ish if you try to set the range above 0.99 then it will break and not have a price

price range is scripted.. only thing that is hardcoded is no price can be <0.01 iirc

if a nation with a longer name gets land taken away so that they are an opm or something will their name be abbreviated and if say Dithmarschen or someone grows really big will their name no longer be abbreviated
Map labels change length dynamically like that, yes.

But countries will always have their full name shown in most places in the UI though, even if they are a ULM.

So there is no hard coded maximum price?

Does that mean there are fixed-point numbers of verying lenth or do we still get overflowing prices?

in the unmodded game I think its a x50 max or so in the highest price instability atm.

It seems like content designers get a lot of freedom in the way they design things, does this mean the designers at Tinto get a lot of freedom in the way the choose designs, and what are the different backgrounds for these designers?

They are modders & historians.
