if this scenario is alive and kicking i would be willing to help

I'm confident it's alive but it doesn't seem to be kicking much for the moment :D

Anyhow, you are welcome to help as much you want. Soon I will see if I can update it to 1.08. It CAN be played with 1.08, atleast I didn't get any CTDs when I tried, but I think there may be a number of UNKNOWN STRING WANTED when CoTs disappear for example.

i didnt feel like reading throught the entire post (i tried and got bored, damn add:p ) but i played and looked at the scenario and was wondering if you need help with anything in paticular didnt want to start working on something already finished or in production

dhart: You simply add the 476 directory in the .zip-file into your main EUII directory. Then make a copy of the EUII shortcut which you should have on your desktop and rename the copy 476 or something similar and edits its (the copy that is) properties by adding 476 after the part which say something like "C:\Program\Paradox Entertainment\Europa Universalis 2\EU2.exe". So for me the result there looks like this:
"C:\Program\Paradox Entertainment\Europa Universalis 2\EU2.exe" 476
Hope that helps. Note that moddir doesn't work unless you have 1.05 or later.

Konstantinos XI: Just help with whatever necessary. Note that snuggs is working with the British Isles, but almost anything else is completely free.

Many, many thanks. Love the scenario.

I am very willing to help with everything you need about Bulgaria as you know Bulgaria was founded 681 but Velika Bulgaria which situated north of the Black sea was accepted by the Byzantines in 634. So if you need help ask!

Pretending to be Lofman here, I think he'd say that you should download the scenario, have a look at it, and suggest changes in this thread (e.g. events for its formation).

What wryun said. If you also can improve the initial setup in the area where Velika Bulgaria will appear that would be great. :)

The scenario may be downloaded from the 476 scenario thread in "EU2 - User made scenarios and mods" if that is what you were wondering. Other then that what I said to dhart.

Now I have updated the country.csv to 1.08. Now the more difficult part, the text.csv. One funny thing when I played with Italy. When I lost a merchant in Lombardia i noticed that the message said IIRC that I now had Northumbria merchants left there :D

Now I have updated the text.csv. The few country descriptions we have isn't there yet, and I may have missed to change the name of some revolter. And now Asturias is ASU (was AUV) and SKA is used instead of SHA for Skåne.

Hi there. This scenario looks promising, but unfortunately I can't get it to work. I've followed the instructions, unzipped it into my EU2 directory, made a new shortcut and edited it, but when I have clicked the shortcut and the game has been loaded the screen where you select scenarios is empty. Everything else comes up right, there's just no scenarios to select... What am I doing wrong?

I just downloaded this mod a few days ago and I must say that I am fully enjoying it. I have not had any of the crashes that you get with some EU2 mods and while there is a lot of brutal dark age war going on I’m not seeing uber nations emerge an annexing everything. I particularly had a fun game as the Eastern Romans recently, I expected they would be real easy to conquer with but I was hit with every possible event both random and not, lower stability, insane monarch, revolts, heretics, plague, and like the real Byzantines for about 100 years I was to busy fighting revolts to conquer nations. It was great fun. Good job guys. :)

@Serpent
A little check-up:
1. Make sure you have EU2 1.05 or later (moddir isn't activated earlier), the later the better
2. Edit the shortcut and look at target; make sure that the last " is before the moddir command (which would be 476 in this case(
3. Make sure that there's a folder with the same name as the moddir (476) in your EU2-folder and make sure there's a scenario folder inside that one.
