I'm planning to upload the new version this weekend. It will still be for 1.08 but I will then ASAP provide a minor update that will work for 1.09 ( but I don't promise the province links so Juan-Juan and some others will probably suffer ).

Awesome. :)
BTW, how do you keep up the will to mod this old fossil of a game? :D

Good to hear that. I never could play this Mod, having come too late to the forums.

I've just download and tried out this mod and it's great!
Congratulations for all who worked on it, I realy like it.
Is this mod finished? If not do you need any help? I would be happy to help any way I'm capable.
I'm learning to be a history teacher so I have some knowgaledge on the time period. I'm not so good at modding but I did write some simple events for HOI2 and EU2 before. So if theres any thing I could do to help this mod please tell me.

Edit: I just tried with 1.09 but it didn't work. I installed 1.09 on a fresh EU2, then copied 476 1.09 + the update. It always crashes to desktop on the loading screen.

I've fixed a pair of duplicated monarch ids (in HES and in CAS). The worst thing is that if I check back they might be the Ids that was reported earlier in this thread that I couldn't find the duplicates of :p

An other error discovered was that Eoganachta had the wrong TAG in the revolt.txt (EIR same as Laigin when they should have GEL). I also found an error in Visigoth event 100507, it attempts to trigger the event that triggered it (which was triggered by another Visigoth event). It is really annoying finding these kind of small annoying errors just after having uploaded the whole thing, but luckily none of these errors are that serious (duplicate monarch Ids just mean that you won't get the right monarch, the revolt.txt error that Eoganachta couldn't revolt and the event error did nothing except being annoying when discovering it by looking in the event-file)

Have worked a little on the second division of the Frankish Kingdom (after the death of Chlothar in 561), and have made an early version that seems to work OK, though I will try to test it some more, and create alternative versions depending on which Frankish states exist.

One note about the 476Tech start. It's purpose is to see wether or not people find that start better than the standard one (the only difference is starting tech-levels for land and naval). Please tell which one you prefer since in the next version only one will be included (other than 526 and 632 obviously).

I like the 476tech better. I think you should use that one.

I didn't get an answer for my previous question so it seems you don't need any more help in this mod. :( Do tell me if you change your mind because I'd still like to help.) I think this is the best mod for EU2 so far.

I've done a little work on events for Nanjing. I've used the events already there and gave them a descrition and wrote some new ones too. How do you like them?

I just found that by some reason Juan-Juan had chinese tech group, which is not a good thing when all other are in the orthodox group :p .

Have been working some on the Franks, Thüringen and Alemanni.
