I agree with Hive. By that logic, Britain should control 13 vassals in north America in 1775...........which break vassal and then join up to form USA later on.

From what Brownbeard and Krunoslav said ages ago on the 1066Bugfix forum, it seems Croatia basically ended up without a true heir and so Hungary took it over. Then it was ruled by Hungary. In the end, you can always mod it back in again if you want to. You have about 7 people arguing against you and its Hive's mod so i don't see anything changing...

First of all, I would advise you to wait for the next patch before starting a new game. The next patch will be released before thursday.
My current favorite scenario is probably 1568, since it has a lot of possibilities and many years still to play. But if you haven't tried USA in 1816 yet (or maybe 1773, though it's much harder), I can recommend that as well. Great fun.
