Is there a way to start at 1444 even if your CK3 end date was post-1444? Some way of manually setting the start year? The 1444 bookmark doesnt work if your end date was after 1444.

Thanx. This is an eu4 bug - we don't output province history entries, but permanent ones that must work in both bookmarks. We can work around this issue though the solution is rather involved. I'll ping you once we have a patch ready.

Allright. Delete your converter, redownload it and give it a go. You can now select bookmarks in the converter options.

Can’t find if this is written anywhere but how are Germanic cultures not present in the 1066 start like Prussian converted to eu4? Considering they’re likely to be occupied by other Germanic cultures like Bavarian by the end of the campaign.

If you germanize prussia, you get prussian culture. Otherwise you get pruthenian, which is baltic.

I've tried to convert my Austrian campaign over to EU4, but I'm getting a weird error. The converter seems to work fine and I don't get any error notifications, but when I run the mod in EU4 the map is empty. Some of the wastelands and mountain areas are colored but there are no countries to select, even in the Americas or East Asia.

Show me a screenshot of your active playlist in the launcher along all enabled mods. You're probably trying to load it along beyond typus or other noncompatible mod.

every time I click the convert button it stays for a second then says "C:\users\admin\Downloads\Crusader.kings.III.v1.2.1\Crusader.kings.III.v1.2.1\binaries does not contain Crusader kings 3!" although it contains ck3. how can I solve this?

Remove binaries from the path.

You linked eu4 install path into eu4 documents folder. Link it where eu4 is installed.

Here's my playlist. It's a random hodgepodge but I only have the converted mod enabled. I even tried a new, blank playlist with just the converted mod and the map is still empty on my end.

it is installed there
You have eu4 installed into C:\Users\Gabriel\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV?
That's the folder eu4 uses to store documents. You're probably making a collision.
Install it elsewhere and see if it works. Also confirm you actually have map/area.txt inside.

There is a bug with the launcher where it loads wrong playlist if you have more than one. There are plently of bugs with the laucher actually, but this stinks of one of them. Can you upload error.log after you get that empty world? It's in logs folder of eu4's documents directory. BTW, as you can see from my screenshot,t here is nothing wrong with the mod or the save. Maybe your eu4 could use a reinstall, hard to tell.
