So for whatever reason, I don't know why, the downloads are really really slow. If it was running at my own speed, I would have the download finished in like 30 seconds. But at this speed, it is saying that it will take an entire 23 hrs and then some. I am downloading from europe, so maybe that has an effect.

That's between you and Github I guess.

I moved my documents from OneDrive to my D drive and updated to 0.4, but now the mod and none of my saves are showing up on EU
Yes, their paths are probably all wrong.
However from what we're seeing lately, Onedrive seems to work with people, so you didn't have to move it.

Hello,

The game allows me to choose a country, but keep crashing when I start a game.

I use default settings in the converter.

Here is the log.txt, a short video illustrating the problem and my savefile.

Thanx for the bug report. We've confirmed this issue and are investigating how to fix it.

Is it possible to have more than one HRE? (i.e. I'm playing a CK3 game where it would be quite cool to have both the Mongols and the actual HRE have HRE-mechanics in EU4). And does HRE-ifyng non Catholic empires work correctly (i.e. the Mongols will want to keep the empire Tengri, and lose IA otherwise)? And if Protestantism (or another faith) were to spread into the Mongol-HRE would it trigger a religious wars scenario?

Apologies for documentation style questions - I couldn't find anything on it in the documentation and wanted to see whether I should make it a priority to eat the original HRE before the game ends!

Thanks again!

You can't have two HREs, that's EU4 limitation. Having HRE non-catholic works fine as it defaults to Religious Peace (as if treaty of westphalia was signed from the start), so no issues with reformation or anything. Having reformed come in later would be no different than having buddhism or fetishist encroaching in and messing with IA, but would not result in religious wars (religious peace is enabled).

No worries about asking questions, we always appreciate those.

We have fixed this error, thanx for reprting once again.

Delete your converter, redownload it, and give it a go.

@RavenDrax
Here is the archive and screenshot of the converter_l_english file

You posted to wrong forum.
Ok, so I'm looking at your mod and it looks like this:

You should be able to just swap cyrillic for latin in those entries (converted_dynamic_faith_101: and 102:) into latin, as well as slavic pagan and orisha below, and that should be it. Don't alter actual religious files in common folder.

Unless I misunderstood your issue?

Вместо Slavic(например) пишет convert_dynamic_faith_101

Don't change it to cyrillic. EU4 can't display cyrillic characters without heavy modifications. Use latin characters and run EU4 in english, especially if you intend on a Vic2 conversion.

This translator has not translated well). I wrote everything in Latin and the names changed to convert_dynamic_faith_101. although I changed the name (Славянск) to SLAVIC. I want to fix this. convert_dynamic_faith_101 to Slavic

Show me what you did. Changing that key to slavic should be enough, unless you made a mistake while editing.

On the first screen, the original. On the second screen ????. On the third screen, I removed the Cyrillic alphabet. The cursor is in a province converted_dynamic_faith_103. Changing other files didn't help in any way. in orisha the same

Ahah, I think I know what's happening. Please delete your converter and the mod, download new one, reconvert, and then be sure you are editing localisation/replace/converter_l_english.yml and not localisation/converter_l_english.yml (which should no longer exist). This is a vanilla EU4 bug with localizations that sometimes require to be placed in "replace" folder.

I was almost finishing my converted game (as North Sea Empire in Europe) when I realized that Manchu had not turned to Qing after a couple decades of being Emperor of China and owning all of the North of China.

So I tag-switched over and found that the decision to form Qing is highlighted (all requirements are met) and clickable, but when I click it nothing happens.
Other formables such as Scandinavia and Spain work, but somehow this doesn't...

Without the converted mod enabled (i.e. base game), Qing can be formed.
Like, what should I do?

I converted another CK3 save, and again the "Form Qing" decision doesn't work.

Well, I changed everything, in the end everything remained as it was only the countries break. I even changed all the names to the opposite, so that the big religion of Slavic , but 101 remained. Печаль(
I will try to register this religion in mod localization fashion

Yknow what might be the cause?

If EU4's localization reader reads the mod's loc files and then dies on first instance of cyrillic elsewhere, it may not load that file at all. You'd have to scan all the files and remove all instances of cyrillic letters, first in that file if there's more, and then if that doesn't work, elsewhere.

To confirm this go to your eu4 documents/logs/error.log and see what's inside, look for localization errors.

This is why I say we *really* don't support russian CK3.
