Is there any recent version of the converter where you can change whether age is based on birthdate or age value anymore? Changing start dates seems to mess with the developments of provinces, making anything before 876 impossible to play due to 0 dev worldwide.

The flags from Imperator seems to not be there anymore for some reason (like Tuscany, Attica, et al) and are just replaced with the vanilla ones from ck3 instead.

I have the game on my laptop. Not on Steam. I have all the information and binaries of the game in a file called Romea.

Tag mappings to de jure duchies have been removed, they were problematic.

No, there are no plans to revert the change.

Mods usually go to C:\Users\<your username>\OneDrive\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\mod
Not sure why you're trying to use a mod folder in your downloads folder. CK3 won't know how to find it.
