Make a new file and only put the exe in there? None of that sounds right. What exactly are you doing?

In any case, please send a screenshot of the directory where you have Imperator installed.
I have the game on my laptop. Not on Steam. I have all the information and binaries of the game in a file called Romea.

The flags from Imperator seems to not be there anymore for some reason (like Tuscany, Attica, et al) and are just replaced with the vanilla ones from ck3 instead.
Tag mappings to de jure duchies have been removed, they were problematic.

ImperatorRome is the Imperator installation folder that you should select.

Well that's a shame. Thank you for the prompt reply regardless. May I ask if the issue will be fixed and they be put back in place eventually?
No, there are no plans to revert the change.
Is there any way to fix the issue with 0 dev before 876? Or at the moment do you have to play until 876 in IR?
This or add dev to title history in outputted mod manually.

I've come across another issue, I cannot seem to upload the mod named "Yellow to the playset despite it being in the folder.

Mods usually go to C:\Users\<your username>\OneDrive\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\mod
Not sure why you're trying to use a mod folder in your downloads folder. CK3 won't know how to find it.
