Will Flanders have unique flavor? Why not add Flemish back since it's in eu4 anyway? It wouldn't make sense to have Walloon and not Flemish, historically speaking...

Your positions seem to be a bit off. I drew in the same cities that you did, using a map with the same projection as the game's map.
Wels is barely inside its location, but Landneck and Bludenz aren't.

By the way, shouldn't there also be an independent County of Schaunberg?

Linz, owned by Schaunberg, in 1379 it become part of Austria
Gmunden, owned by Bamberg, they owned most of location of Gmunden named Attergau, in 1379 it become part of Austria
St Georgen im Attergau would be better to name Mondsee because it is located on the border with the location Gmunden, but yes this part is owned by Lower Bavaria.

There's a mistake between Salzburg and Bavaria

The location of Berchtesgaden should be in the area of Bavaria not in Salzburg as it was never ruled by the prince-bishop of the city nor the Austrian rulers(beside a few years during the Napoleonic wars) and to this day is part of Germany

Considering this I suppose that the location of Salzburg should be split in to with its northern half being Seekirchen am Wallersee(or just Seekirchen), which according to wikipedia is the oldest Austrian settlement that is still inhabited to this day and capital of an administrative district
Berchtesgaden was closely linked to Salzburg and became a part of Salzburg in 1803 before becoming a part of Bavaria in 1806.

That's not true, Flanders was neutral in the Hundred Years War and if anything more aligned with France than England. It started to boycott English cloth in 1357, after English tariffs on wool exports (introduced to pay for the war) harmed Flemish weavers and led to an increase in English cloth production. That's when Antwerp (i.e. Brabant) rose to prominence as a trade center for English goods.
Obviously after 1384, Burgundy took over in Flanders.

Flemish forces did not fight on the side of England in the battle of Crécy. There was a contingent of Flemish soldiers that was on the English king's side during the Crécy campaign, but they were defeated by the French before they could join the battle. The Count of Flanders, however, did die in the battle of Crécy on the French side.
It's true that Flemish cities of Bruges, Ypres and Ghent declared their support for England (although even that was at times presented like neutrality as to not anger the French too much), but the County of Flanders itself did not. And after the son of the aforementioned Count of Flanders became ruler (1346), he established a policy of neutrality, while keeping the cities in check.

I know it's tempting, but take this as a lesson not to trust AI, go look for information yourself and critically judge the validity of the sources yourself (even if it's just Wikipedia - unlike AI, it at least cites sources)

quick search shows that the so called reichskreise hadnt been established until late 15th. c.
They're also not that useful to make areas in the game, because you'd have to adjust them to make contiguous areas, and then they'd look pretty similar to what was posted in the OP anyway.

But I do agree that the Neckar province should probably be part of Swabia.

It's actually crazy how shit it is at finding sources, at least for me, I asked it to recommend me in-depth, academical books about the american spanish colonial period and he came up with 6 recommendations, well I looked them up and I'm not kidding 4 of them didn't exist.

It also depends on what AI you're using. Some are simply not made to search for material like that. I gave Grok your prompt and it recommended 8 books, all of which do exist.

I don't know why you changed the name of Romandy to Western Switzerland since it was perfect, also just call the whole area Tyrol since Trentino at the time was considered part of it
Ok I thought about better names for the three Swiss areas, from west to east Romandy, Helvetia and Rhaetia.
Romandy is the French speaking part of Switzerland and coincides pretty much with the in game region and the only other fitting name I could find for it is as suggested by someone else in the comments Transjurania
Helvetia is named after the Helvetii tribe, the ancient celts who inhabited Switzerland, it's where the capital city of Bearn is situated and it's to this day the official name of Switzerland in Latin
Rhaetia is also named after another ancient tribe and it's perhaps the least fitting of the three as both the people and the Roman province also include parts of modern day Bavaria, Austria and Italy but nonetheless they also both include eastern Switzerland not to mention the fact that the area is inhabited by Romansh people who speak a Rhatian language

Hi.

I was thinking about posting this. But I have nothing to lose. I upgraded my suggestion to include the whole of Austria, I know the density of locations is much higher, it can only serve as a consideration or inspiration for the developers, as I don't see a real possibility of this being in the base game. Maybe I'll make a mod later, of course if time allows.

Notes:

* The area was almost uninhabited until the beginning of the 14th century, Slovenes lived in the outskirts, such as by the river Kolpa, and the rest of the area was covered by primeval forest. In the first part of the 14th century, Counts of Ortenburg began to settle the forest with Slovenes, then in the second part of the century with Germans from Carinthia and Tyrol. Kočevje (Slo.), Gottschee (Ger.) or Gətscheab (Got.) is mentioned for the first time in 1363, and before that it was called Mahovnik (Slo.) or Mooswald (Ger.).

** In year 1365 Rudolf IV, Duke of Austria established Růdolfswerde (Ger.) or Rudolfovo pristanišče (Slo.) the locals called the place Novo Mesto (Slo.) or Neustadtl (Ger.).
