As per the instructions in my Necronomicon, the entity in the ether beyond should take notice and hopefully answer soon.

A summoning is accepted, and an answer is given: there is will be an Art and Music DD next week

Yes, there is will be. It will cover a range of various topics; mainly things we wanted to discuss but either ran out of room for in previous DDs or wasn't lengthy enough to justify its own DD.

For now there is only the announcement trailer.

A release trailer would logically come on release day, and they're never formally announced in advance. Sometimes they appear a few days prior on YouTube and are time-locked, so we know something is coming, but beyond that there is usually nothing special.

Also, those little trailers all tell one continuous story about the feud between two families, the Fox and the Bear. Their historical counterparts lived in the HRE, so it's not as easy to work them into a Byzantine-themed trailer, as it previously was with expansions centered around tournaments, tours, and courts.

Anyway, interesting question, and I hope Trinexx can shine a bit of light into that darkness here.

The story being told in the RoPo trailer cycle is separate from the Fox and Bear families, if I'm not mistaken. While I'm here, I suppose I'll go ahead and confirm that yes there will be a "sequel" to the one we already published.

No DD on release day; we're aiming to get the changelog published on the 23rd instead.

We don't want to give a ton of fanfare for this and confuse people into thinking it's already out; early changelogs are meant for the more engaged fans than the general public, in any case.

According to last year's "Year in Review" dev diary, this year's DD is set to be scheduled 3-5 days from now.

Can we have confirmation on this?

There is will be one more DD this year, but not this week.

Confirming: Yes, there is will be a DD tomorrow. As mentioned in the teaser post we push to social media platforms, we have our Game Director recapping 2024 and giving a very small sneak preview of some things coming next year.

As far as I'm aware, you can add as many as you'd like via scripting.

Will we be getting a dev diary tomorrow? Hopefully we're getting another creator pack like last year to fill in the time!

No DD today; Sweden is just now coming off of winter holiday breaks so there's nothing to report for the time being.

As a broader note, if you have any feedback regarding how our dev diaries have been handled for recent releases (format, length, tone, etc etc), then now would be a fantastic time to share your thoughts.

There is will not be a DD in January. We do have a DD coming up soon, so the wait won't be too much longer.

No promises either way, but I'll see if we can get approval to at least share the date of the next one on Monday.

We're looking at February 11th for our next dev diary, but it's not set in stone at this point. This is ahead of the Chapter 4 reveal as well, so don't take that as an indicator of when we're announcing chapter roadmap.
