You can only pass it to other Tomb Kings, most of your courtiers are likely Servants.

If you are in the Southlands, the closest bloodline is the Mahtmasi.

It depends on the bloodline, Blood Dragons and Jade impose the culture change, but the other bloodlines allow the fledgling to retain his original culture.

The victims must also be young enough and do not have defects, there's a list of negative traits they must not have.

Both special units stats and combat tactics are listed in the /common folder. Daemonic Host will use specific tactics depending on the religion of its commander: if they're led by a Slaaneshi, they'll act as if they were Daemonettes, if by a Tzeentchian as if they were Flamers and so on.

I hope the problem with the vampire knights will be fixed for the next version, but it has become somewhat elusive. They have been set up just like any other special unit, but they're the only one becoming invisible.

I am absolutely certain the magic units appear, I've used them several times with the Asrai, or is it only when they're merged?

So you use the intrigue decision to summon magic troops. They then show up on the battlefield just fine and do their stuff. After the battle is over though they seem to always automatically disband. The instance they become invisible though is if they don't disband, and you are left with a small unit of magical troops on the right bar. I don't think there is any merging going on since the few instances it happened all four were listed over there. Once I manually disbanded them everything went back to normal.
No, I'm speaking of the spirit host, not of battle magic, which is also made of 1000 magic units is summoned outside battle and is moved for half a year before being disbanded. And it appears quite fine.

Yes, it's normal, it can take your entire life to find it, though there should be some flavour events every once in a while to pick whether to keep searching or abandoning the quest.

No.

No, but mostly because dragon mounts aren't really implemented as a working mechanic yet, only Caledori have access to a quick decision to gain red dragons and that's about it.

If i want to be able to create mercanery with hunter companies as the chapter in Samur where/and what should i change/add?
You need to be King-tier. Samur's Chapter is already a Duchy-level, it cannot create equally-tiered titles to be his vassal Chapters.
We have an option for that ? Like found the Myrmidia empire ?
There is if you are Strigany or Strigoi.

Indeed they are. They have a deal with the elves.

State troops are vassalized mercenaries.

If you have daemons in your realm, they'll screw with you, regardless of their station. That said, daemons are not meant to be vassals in the first place, titles assigned are removed automatically.

Yes, I believe it's still counted by variable. Before the fifth time, you are as indestructible as a Nehekharan.

The Carsteins take prestige hit if they turn lowborns.
Nehekhara can be conquered in theory, but it's pretty much impossible for a living creature.

Well, if you don't want to be disfigured, maybe don't fight. Or be a vampire.

I've found a workaround for that for the next version, so that they'll use the normal grant landed title decision.

Well, in theory you can convert to the cytharai group as an elf. In fact, if Asuryan burns you as the Phoenix King, you get the option to convert to Khaine as a response, same as Malekith did. The culture and graphical culture won't change, of course.
